How do you go about tightening up the loose skin around the area? Will clen,t3,winny or EQ do this? Or does he have to gain alot of size to tighten it up? Anyone please help out.

It may be loose skin from when he was fat. His skin may be stretched from all that extra fat. Not sure what will tighten it up and even if it can be tightened without sergery. Ive heard that you can rub some cream in (vit E i think) that may get the skins natural elasticity back. Other that that like I said, surgery would maybe be the only way to do it. Any other guys may be able to suggest some other things.

If it is just remaining fat, Id maybe try the Yohimburn (depending on amount) and maybe an ECA stack if your upto it. He may even like to try some CLEN but make sure he sees his doc to check his blood pressure before hitting any of the above supplements.

Initially, Id get him to try some morning cardio on an empty stomach for a month or 2 and see if it gets better. Always try natural loss before hitting supps.

Yohimburn has helped me!

Also HGH can help increase the collagen layer, making the skin more elastic and able to shrink. If he can afford it, site inject sub-Q where he needs it!

over time doesn't skin start to tighten up naturally???????????
just something I have heard. I can understand that, but would it tighten up much??

Well, when guys get fat, where do they gain it? Lovehandles? Gut? Yup. Guy's call these 'problem areas.' But the truth is that these are just 'guy areas' and the fat will come off in due time. If these were legitimate problem areas, guys would be able to hit 5% bf and still have floppy lovehandles and gut-- not the case.

It's probably (still) fat. Tell him to keep on cutting. If his abdomen skinfold is over 5-7mm, it's fat he needs to lose.. probably not 'tighen skin'
