What should I use and what should I be carefull with?
I would like as much input on this as possible, I know alot of you guys have tremendous knowledge on the subject and I really wanna make it right the firrst time.
Im a hardgainer 24 years old, 1.84meters, 187lbs but friends tell me I look like 200lbs at least. bf=12%, been training hard the last 4-5 years, goals= to be freak!!!!
