So thought Id update. I havent been on the board because, as luck would have it, on Oct 15 I was driving home from (ironically) the gym when a teenager in his dads brand new mustang gunned it through a red light...unfortunately I was already in the middle of the intersection. Long story short, torn shoulder muscles/seperated shoulder, whiplash, concussion, and a pencil that was in my pocket stabbed into my thigh. I was using my brothers car because we had traded so he could drive his girlfriend to some sort of fancy date...which is a good thing because its mostly metal vs my SRT4 which is not exactly built to withstand impacts.
Anyway it seems the gear gods have it out for me, I was 6 weeks in and then boom, no lifting or anything for me. And I was up to 210. Ive lost about 10 lbs since then... a bunch of water weight Im sure, but still disheartening.
