My first post, Var question

I am new to site and looking forward to being a contributing member. I have a question regarding Var and masking the horrible taste. I am starting my first cycle of liquid var and I know the taste is very acidic and was wondering if there are any downsides to masking the taste with some OJ. Does it break down the compound etc? Also, I was told to hold it under my tongue for several seconds before swallowing..any truth to that as well.

I am currently 35, 183lbs 13.4% BF 6'1. I started dieting last February 10th as I was getting very heavy. When I started, I was 223lbs and 24% BF. My weight training began Oct 1st of last year. I currently am religiously at the gym 4 days a week while doing cardio on my off days.

I mess with the liquid from time to time. In my opinion it hits harder than tabs and yea u should hold it under your tongue roughly 45 seconds and chase it with oj. That's what I did. U should run a test base with it. Maybe 8 weeks test prop would be good. Makes for a much much better run.
