My first pin- Successful/Test E advice

you need to dose aromasin to start with at 12.5 mg eod... you won't have any negative side effects and can reap ALL the benefits it provides... i just did a video that has quite a bit of info on aromasin... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WkxYDIwazWM

understand that you've never ran test and your starting at a pretty high dose so you need to be preventative without over doing it.. if you find that 12.5 eod is not enough then start going 12.5 ed... that should be plenty on this particular cycle... what else are you running on cycle throughout and what for pct??

TBOL @60mg ED weeks 1-6
Test E twice a week @ 250mg per weeks 1-12

forma is not good in pct bro... it has shown to be suppressive... clomid, hcgenerate and aromasin are all great choices but still a bit incomplete... read this article and follow the layout... recovery is imperative and the most important part of the cycle...

Yeah i'm going to stick with glutes, i'm nervous about pinning my delts/quads 20x more than glutes, because i find it nearly impossible to hit the sciatic nerve..right?

Okay, going to start aromasin 6mg, everyday or every other day/few times a week?

Pinning quads is a bit scary for me as well because I always hit a nerve before but as I research, there is a very good part in injecting the needle without hitting a nerve. place your palm horizontally above your knee and draw an imaginary line from there. then again, place your palm horizontally just below the level of your balls and the line goes from there. now what i do after is i place my thumb in the middle of my knee cap and my middle finger at the joint(side). that would be an imaginary line again to form a rectangle and inside that rectangle is a safe place to pin.

(I just hope you get the point as its a bit confusing :D )
