Hey everyone,I'm on my first cycle consist of deca200-denkall+brovell test 200, week 4 my strength has finally gone up...i'm currently 185-190lbs with 8-9%b.f.i was wondering if i can bust 200or 205 cycle ends in 6 weeks also somebody help with the diet.I'm working with a national comp but I dont know when I'll get my new diet...anyhelp i would really be thankful...
