Hey everyone,I'm on my first cycle consist of deca200-denkall+brovell test 200, week 4 my strength has finally gone up...i'm currently 185-190lbs with 8-9%b.f.i was wondering if i can bust 200or 205 cycle ends in 6 weeks also somebody help with the diet.I'm working with a national comp but I dont know when I'll get my new diet...anyhelp i would really be thankful...:cool:
 
If I read you correctly, you're taking 200mg of each per week? I would go to 400mg ea per week personaly. You could get another 10 to 15 lbs with proper diet and hard training. If you stay at that dose,(200mg) you might have trouble getting to 205. Good luck!
 
T Bone is right on the money. Remember, more than half of your results is due to your diet. Keep the protein at no less than 300 grams per day, eat a good 4000 calories and u should pack on that extra mass no problem!
