My first injection

went extremely well. Doing 400 mg test/200mg deca for 10 weeks (have clomid/nolva etc.). Question - If I did 400mg on Friday, when should I do the 200mg of Deca - on Monday?

I would split the 400 mg/week of test into two shots, monday and thursday. Since your only doing 200 mg deca(not much of a dose) you could either do 1/2cc with each of your test shots or just do them every monday in a diff. location than your test shot. Personally I like to keep my blood levels more stable so I would do the 1 cc test 1/2 cc deca every monday and thursday, and make sure your alternating locations.

I really don´t see a need to split up injections, just put it into one syringe and inject weekly. More injections=more risks.

Yeah more risks for you because you are probably dumber than Dobber from Coach. If you aspirate than everything will be fine and doing 2 shots a week is not a big deal at all.

Not at all gainer. The reason you split up your injections is to keep your blood levels more constant which=better gains and much better for you. As long as your using sterile pins and taking all the precautions doing more injections should never be a problem. I know guys that turn themselves into pin cushions before shows and will do multiple injections per day.

exactly, why not ínject all the gear on one day. Blood levels are stable enough if injected weekly, especially with decanoate. injecting long lasting esters twice weekly is a waste of pins, once a week works perfectly well.
This is not based upon personal opinion or experience, but on the pharmacodynamics of esterified hormones. It´s not as simple as it seems, injecting on Monday and Thursday is bullshit.
If you want to bother, you´d need to inject (this is for enanthate) any given amount on day 1, day 3, then on day 10 and 13, day 20 and 23...
This may sound weird, but it´s based upon your body´s real life absorption rate of esterified hormones, which is very different from the theoretical rate. I´ll look it up and post it, but now I got to sleep.
