My first injection horror story!

Just loaded up a pin with deca and poked my left shoulder. Routine right? Not! I pushed the pin in and it just sort of stopped instead of going in smoothly as usual. So, I applied more pressure thinking I just had hit an area of dense muscle. Then I could feel it go through something and the pin started to pulse with my heartbeats! I pulled it out and blood gushed everywhere! Now I've got a huge black and blue knot on my outer delt......shit!

I'm goin' in again..........wish me luck!

Dont worry brother you just hit a vain. But like any other place you inject flex that muscle to see where the veins are so when you blast you dont hit them.

Well, its done, but damn that hurts! I've been doing delt injections this cycle no problem, but I've been kind of hitting the front head of the delt more. This time I decided to go for the meatier part of the medial delt and I hit a gusher! Its all good though, at least now I know where not to inject on my delts!

For the medial delt you can go in from the top with a 1" no problem. Just trace your finger down your collerbone and then continue on to the top of the delt in that same line (about 2.5-3" farther). I never hit a vein injecting that way, and it also gets the juice deep enough so you don't get a lump.

Dude, fuck the delt shots, hit your butt!! There are only ver small veins in your glute,
and they're very deep. Really rare to hit a vein in your glute. Delt shots are for site
injections, using fast acting, water based steroids like winstrol that supposedly
stimulate the local receptor sites...........Site injections area crock of shit anyway.

Next time why don't you hit up the Glute ? They are very easy and the chances of hit a vein are alot smaller then if you inject in to your dealt
