Hi!

I am a 26 year old man from Norway. Been training good for about 2 years. 3-4 times a week.
180cm tall and 75 kg.

I just want to know if my cycle seem ok, and if something is wrong please advice me. .

I have started a test only cycle. testosterone enanthate, inject 2 times a week (500mg a week)
will do this for 12 weeks, and then start nolvadex for 3-4 weeks.

Been told that since it is only for 3 months, and my first cycle, nolvadex is all i need on pct.

I am on my 3 week now, and have gained about 5kg, and feel very strong!

Is this ok?

Mate 12 weeks on half a g of test will shut you down you WILL need a proper pct not just crappy nolvadex. Nolva won't get your nuts working again it's for pre existing gyno and there aren't many on this site who will advise you use it.

You'll need to go check out some PCT protocols you'll see post-cycle & unleashed are very popular and the minimum you'll need. Be a good idea to get yourself some hcgenerate too, it'll help keep your boys from shrinking too much. Plenty of people here who can help but in future you really ought to sort your pct out well before you start to cycle.

Oh yeah, you'll need an AI too cos test can cause oestrogen sides, forma stanzolol from mrsupps.com is a popular one. :)

Also, at 180cm and only 75kg I think you're far too light to be starting steroids. I'm only 4.5cm taller than you but I've got 35kg on you and I haven't yet cycled any AAS, just been researching for the past 7 months.
 
Another Nolvadex PCT... living in the 60's.... nuff said... you dont need steroids... take the500 you were gonna spend on gear and go buy 500 worth the filet mignons, youll retain more of your weight this way....
 
Hi, and thanks for all the replies :)

Luckily im only in my 3 week, so i have still time to get good products for PCT. (Even though i should have them ready before start)

I am not 75kg but 85kg! sory my misspelling. .

I am now on a very good diet, where i intake at least 2,5g protein pr kg bodyweight. Training 2split program, 4 days a week. .

I am aware that i will be shutdown by this cycle.

Can anyone suggest which product i should buy for PCT in details? when i should start taking them, and for how long?
And are they legal to buy online? conserned about toll customs in Norway,

I have many friends done the exact same cycle, and they have given me a lot of advice. Some of them have been on only nolvadex with succes, and some have been on nolvadex, arimides and clomid.

but i wanna doublecheck everything, so i would appreciate some of your opinions:)

:) I'm still 15kg heavier than you mate and all natural. Ok so you've started, I'd say stop it now as you're only 26 which is still young in my opinion. Go look at the stickies in the PCT section read "very best pct 2010" by Nelson Montana, then read "natural post cycle therapy. Holistic cycle support" by needtogetaas there's a lot of info in there and reading and learning it will be better for you in the long run than if someone just says "take this then this and do that etc" because you'll better understand what to do and why.

As far as the products mentioned before most can be found at needtobuildmuscle.com or mrsupps.com they don't contain any banned substances (dunno about Norway but they ship to uk with no trouble from customs)

About your friends who advised you to use nolva only for pct, they obviously have no idea what it is. Do some research on this site and you'll soon discover its a complete waste of time and money and possibly one of the worst things any athlete ever decided to put in his body.

I know im young, and all that, but i have thought through this for a long time, and i will not stop in the middle of this cycle.

Nolva is for stopping/preventing estrogen sideeffects like "bitch tits" and stuff isn't it? I will read more about it. .

Other pct products are for getting your natural test production up and running again. boosting it. ?

doesn't matter if you are getting twice your body weight in protein. there is more to building muscle then just drinking shakes and protein bars and getting 400 grams of protein a day.

you need whole foods you need macro's, you need calories.

list a typical day of food for you so i can help you.. don't just tell me "i am getting 2X my body weight in protein" that doesn't mean anything to me.

i understand no one wants to hear that their diet needs to be fixed but yours DOES i am 100% certain. also you said you have a 2 day split workout. are you even working out your legs? dedicating an entire workout to the legs? NOPE, you aren't. are you doing squats? deadlifts? nope you are not. the legs are where you can gain 15 pounds of muscle instantly if you start training them correctly.
