Up Date!
Going on week five now, been off dbol for about a week now. Current weight as of today 183lbs, 16lb gain if five weeks. Waist is still the same, feel alittle bloated but depending on how much I eat that day. I look the same to myself when I look in the mirror but everyone else says Im getting huge
Guess its hard for me to see it yet, since I see myself every day.
I plan on starting cardio next week 20minx4 days a week. I am also gonna try to hit 200lbs by week 10 or alittle after, then cut down to 185lbs solid. All lifts are through the Roof right now
Bench 230X10
Squat 275X10 (deep)
Leg Press 750X10
Deadlift 350X10
