Just started taking sustanon, 500mg a week, 3 weeks ago. I am new to this site, If anyone can pm me n has the time to educated someone that would b awesome. Wondering if I should add anything else or keep it simple for my first run. Done a bunch of research but experience is everything.

These are questions you should be asking before starting a cycle...what are your stats? What do you have for on cycle therapy? Post cycle therapy

That can be a good first cycle, but you seem uneducated about the right things to do ensure a safe cycle and successful recovery. You need to be running aromasin on cycle at 12.5mg EOD to control estrogen.

You also need to have the proper PCT in place to recover after the cycle

how old are you you? 21 i hope.If 21, yes test only is the goto 1st cycle.Make sure you got an ai like armomasin,n2guard and hcgenerate to run on cycle.I would also add gw501516 to your cycle.It will give you an insane endurance boost, while on.Its great to push you to the limits during a cycle.
