Hey all. I have been a member here for yrs now.I know a lot of you are monsters and have numerous cycles under your belt but I also think there are lurkers here who are like I was and could benefit from my little story here.

I just finished first cycle (sust 500wkly for 14 weeks) and finished pct. I was very nervous but had read and read for a long time and learned a load on here.For those who dont know me, I am 5 10 and 205 now. I was 190 give or take before. I am mid 30's and have been lifting on and off since hs football. I have always had a "muscular" look or fit that description but always plateaued and just stayed status quo.

I was scared to death to inject and was breaking out in cold sweats ( no shit) but I finally got it down and was injecting in glutes and delts. I got good with it after a bit and it wasnt an issue.

I didnt notice any real gains at first. I was getting "jacked" and didnt even realize it. I worked out like crazy and ate like a gorilla. I didnt eat too clean but was taking supps and doing 15 min cardio (walking incline 6 percent) 3 times a week. I was getting stronger and noticed that about week 6 or so. I didnt really "feel" it like a lot of bros but kept with it. I started noticing my shirts didnt fit anymore and my suit looked like it was gonna bust when I wore it. I started getting comments about week 8 or 9 about my size and I went home to visit family and everyone started talking about how huge I was. Take it with a grain of salt here guys as if you have seen Galaxy or some of the other cats on here, I am tiny but at 5 10 and 205, I look pretty swole.

I didnt eat clean like I said but I made sure to eat enough. I gained a real 14 or 15 lbs and am so much stronger than I was. I am here to tell you that if you work your ass off and use aas, you will grow like a weed. If 15 lbs doesnt sound like much, you are mistaken. I have seen several threads over the yrs that ask how much you gained off first cycle etc.. and 25 lbs or more is insane and probably water. The 15 lbs was REAL and is still with me and everybody has noticed.

So, would I recommend it or do it again. I did have concerns about my health(cholest,hbp etc...) but I quickly got over them and felt I was safe and sanitary with everything. I would do it again, rephrase, I will do it again and would like to get about 220 or so. For me, I was an easy gainer up to about 25 when my natty started its normal decline. I was very very impressed with the gear and the only sides I got was some acne on my back which was taken care of by the tanning bed. I have a little turtle shell on my back now and my chest has increased 3 inches. I gained 1 and 1/2 inch on biceps and lats are spreading nicely. I would recommend it to someone who is thinking about it. I would highly recommend reading your ass off here and learning from others successes and failures. This is a success story in my mind as I completed my goal this time and had a great time doing it. I love the feeling of being stronger,bigger and solid.

Sorry for the long thread but thought some newbs might benefit. I cant wait for my next cycle. I am thinking tren, or maybe another shot of 500mg wkly of sustanon. Peace bros, Smalls

Once you go into the dark side you never go back bro. Now you'll want to be 220, then 240, then 260 and so on...good job and welcome.
 
Thanks bros. I read so many threads from experienced guys that I thought this might be a refreshing read for newbies. UFO, you are probably right, I am sprung to say the least. I dont have an addictive personality at all but this time off is a mo fo to be sure. I am counting weeks until I can hit again.:D

Pretty simple actually. I'd say you should be at least 28 years old, lifting for a few years (good workouts, not just throwing weights around without a strategy), and have a clean diet plan.

Using AAS should help you get past any plateaus you've hit after having lifted for a few years, but not be the place you start at. Testosterone Enthanate by itself is the best first cycle, and most of the time you can start with as little as 250mg/week for 10 weeks and see noticeable gains. You can add other compounds down the road as you get more experience. Start small so your body doesn't adapt too easily or it lose its effectiveness.

Read these forums, especially when it comes to post cycle therapy.
