Hi everyone I have just started my first ever cycle I will be taking
a single shot once a week containing sust 250 and deca 200
I'm 26 years old 5'9 in height and 80 kg in weight
I've been training and eating very well for 2 years now
I'm planning to run this for 9 weeks then drop the deca and then finish on a single shot of the sust on week 10
What gains could I expect and when could I expect to begin to notice gains
I have access to all pct products needed but have mixed viwes on what to use how much how long etc
Any views on this would be greatly appreciated and deffinenly views on my pct would be also
