My First Cycle please help and advise

hello everybody, so here is my stat im 21, about 5'9'' 145 lb all lean mass probably bodyfat is less than 4% i been training for 2 years non stop and cant get much diffrant in my weight a really good bodybuilder of mine suggested to me to go on steroid. i been considering it for a while but now i got my hand on some i think i am going to do it.

now here is my cycle and tell me what you think please.

week 1-4 Dboll 25 ml ED

weak 1-10 nan-deca 150 twice a weak (monday and thursday with the sus) 300/week

week 1-12 (sust 250) 250mg twice a weak (monday and thursday) 500mg/week

now this is going to be my first cycle what do you guys think of it? is it too much?

for my pct, i got my hand on novadex, clomid and HCG. i can also get anything i need for a pct so if you guys think i should get something else for it please let me know.

im just not sure about how to run my pct for this cycle as i see in the internet there is so many diffrent opinions.
 
learn to eat properly and put on some weight naturally if you cant do that you will not gain on roids. see if you can find a way to put on some muscle naturally first.

This is typical of the post's that are so common here....people who are 145lbs and want to go on the gear.... If your not gianing weight naturally then you won't with gear either. Why do you want to take so much? Post up your diet and we can take it from there, you may think your eating loads but I bet you are not...
 
Bro the advice already given is what you need to listen to. We do not want to see you start gear to early. Please take the above mentioned advice and re-vist the gear once you have put on some good gains naturally. AAS is not a magic needle. If your training and diet are not in order they will do more harm than good.
 
I'm 5'6" and I weigh 48 lbs and still gaining right now. Before I learned to eat right ( which was in Jan thanx to radar) I weighed a measly 117. Check you diet and routine bro. You can take steroids all day long but doesn't mean you're going to gain anything or keep what couple lbs you MIGHT gain. Diet is the biggest part of gaining weight, not steroids. Unfortunately they don't work magic. And secondly that's waaay too much gear for a first cycle. Keep it simple the first few times around to get use to it and recognize any warning signs your body is telling you. Listen to people on here and you'll learn the ropes, theyre very knowledgable and wouldn't tell you something if it wasn't true. Most of these guys speak from experiance, good and bad.

Wasting your time on gear........try, Creatine,FOOD lots of it, heavy lifting and and more food, put on about 40lbs, then we will talk juice. 5'9 at 145lbs, u need a way better starting base, probably not the answer u wanted, but we wanna try and keep people safe from hurting themselves! Good luck!
