My first cycle! please Help! Advice!

I’m 24 years old. 210 lbs and 5’7”. I have been lifting for about a year. I have good muscles especially, my upper part, but also I have a lot of body fat!
I want to start my first cycle which consists of the following and it goes up to 8 weeks

Equipoise (200 mg 2/week)
Winstrol ( 50 mg every other day)
Clenbuterol ( 100 mg two weeks on & 2 weeks off)
Trenbolone ( for the last 4 weeks 150 mg, 200 mg, 250 mg, 250 mg, 2/week)

After those 8 weeks , I will take Nolvadex and clomid (inject.) for 3 weeks.


This is my first cycle! Please advice me ? should I do something different?

sorry bro your not gonna like what i say but steroids arent what you need, your in need of a change in diet first and foremost...after ya get diet figured out then work on the exercise part (they go hand in hand) and then after ya finally get a few good years of training under ya and ya get your BF% to a respectable level perhaps you can get into the "underworld" until then your just another one of the people looking for a magic pill to do the work for them....head over to the diet board and start reading up....also post some questions there and like i said get the diet in order....good luck

If thats your first cycle plan, alot of bros are going to tell you that you probably shouldn't be starting with 3 compounds, especially tren. Also you say your bodyfat is really high. Almost everyone will tell you to get your diet in check for a while and cut that BF naturally.
 
Bro I did my first cycle, When I was 21 and being only 26 I'm not going to give you the too young thing, But i was lifting since I was 15 yrs old, And Than did my First Cycle after Basic training in the Military.With That said, You need to get your Diet right IE-Cut Carbs and all Sugars, Lots Of Cardio..Now As for the First Cycle..If I was you I'd Try Winny by itself for 5 weeks at 50mg ED, This was my first cycle ( Well Actually I did 50mg EOD) and I got very good results..Theres no need to go Jumping out the Window Head First on your first go around...

seriously man, cut your calorie intake to below 3000 aday spread over 6-8 small meals and hit the cardio, get down to around 20% bf before even considering the juice, or heart probs will and other complications will happen. juice is not the cureall for fatass, it is a razor edge sharpening to a blade that can already cut well. once you clean up the diet and lose the weight, try winny or winny/deca for a cutting cycle, i wouldnt go over 8-10 weeks on it for the first time and no more than 400wk deca, 200 wk winny

at least your looking for a healthy change, good luck to ya and research like HELL while you are trimmin

Hello mate,

I usually try to offer advise to Newbies as not so long ago I was in the same situation and I'm the same age as you. However, I lifted for 5 years vefore starting and that was considered to be a bit too soon!

I'd advise to look at the other forums on here, the diet one and the weight training program one is very good, both will be able to get you in check naturally then you can juice up.

That said if you're insistent on doing it now keep it VERY simple. I'd agree with just winny and a 3 weeks PCT of clomid at something like 50mg tabs (from memory there is not much need to taper the clomid down over 3 weeks with a small dose of winny). if you keep it simple you won't overload your receptors.

Hope this helps... people feel free to correct anything I have wrong here.

LOL! Yeah, and if you're not getting the results you were hoping for, just tell the nearest DI that you want to go home..................it will really jump-start that fat loss for you.

I wouldnt suggest these compounds for a first cycle, also EQ should be ran longer than 8 weeks, no need to inject Nolva or Clomid. Stick w/ test and some deca.
 
1. Nolva and Clomid are oral

2. Unless you have a good lifting and diet foundation, I would wait a few years. You'll benefit more by knowing how to train PROPERLY and eat correctly. And I don’t mean doing straight bar bench press 5x a week.

3. Your BF may be high but you could still benefit from a test only cycle. It will help you build more LBM which in turn will burn more calories which will help shed that fat faster. But ONLY if you meet the criteria of #2.

4. Don't use more then one compound for your first cycle. If you have problems you won't know which one is doing it to you. There's guys here that can't use test at all due to the sides. They never would have known this if they were using more then one AAS at first. Once you know you can take test successfully, add a second compound to your 2nd cycle. And a third compound to your 3rd cycle. Just remember KISS, keep it simple stupid. You don't need to use 30 things to grow. Test by itself works wonders and Test is the base of every cycle for most of the bro’s here.

1. I'm gonna agree with everyone else that you should probably wait before starting your first cycle.

2. I'm not gonna rag you about asking, because I know what it's like to want a magic pill (I wanted one several years back to make me grow)

3. Pls, pls, pls - do your research, know what you are getting into, and by all means; stay here on the boards with us, read, ask, learn, diet, and in another year or two, ask this question again. I'll bet that if you do the above, and add train hard, you'll be in much better shape and be wondering why you asked this question at this time.

4. we're only here to hlp and don't want to see anyone "mess up" bc they tried something too early in their training, dieting, learning phase.

What he said^^^ plus, if you're going to inject, why not use some test, maybe frontloaded for three or four weeks with an oral??

What people are trying to say is that what you have posted as a first cycle is SHIT! don't do it bro. EQ for 8 weeks is useless. and you have no idea how you will react to any one compound, so why would you want to mix them from the start?
TRen is wicked AAS, I would not recommend it until you have a few cycles under your belt and know what to expect.

I agree somewhat with the post about getting you diet in check before you start an AAS cycle, but I was @ around 24% when I did my first cycle...and I put on muscle AND reduced fat in the same cycle. But I used a Test Only cycle for 8 weeks. which was Sust 250 E5D's.

Be sure you have enough Nolva on hand for emergency use and for PCT before you ever start the cycle. What would you do if you only had enough for PCT and then felt your nipples becoming sore in the 3rd week of the cycle?

i agree, if it is your first cycle do test or deca and DIET CLEAN ,

do you do much cardio??? if not start by elliptical, or cycle for atLEAST 30min to 45 min with no stopping, and keep enough nolva around, dont do any more than 1 type of aas for your first cause you never know exactly how your body can handle it, stay safe and good luck to you and your health :Chef:

will this be better? if not please, direct me, im lost,, everybody tell me a different thing! im really lost! i know i should lose a lot of body, but can't i do it with winny?!

Don't start with winny at the first of your cycle; use it at the end of your test only cycle, if you're gonna use it. Test alone, along with good diet and training, for 8-10 weeks should do what you are looking for.
