By the questions you asked bro, you have done no leg work into this arena. You are plat. You could have searched this. There are a number of threads on first cycles. And yes 750 mg ew of test is too much. And yes you diet is not in check as per your video. And yes you are too young to juice. But I forget, you know it all with your vast worldly experience, so why even make a thread asking what to do? Shouldn't you know better than any of us?

I forget who it was but a very high respected bro on this board recomended to do 1000mgs of test their first cycle and everyone at the time thought it was a good idea.
^^^he didn't recomend it for a 19yr old though.
