My first cycle experience.

New member
No real point to this, just thought I'd outline my own experience with different drugs. Maybe useful to some of the new girls when they're starting out. Or maybe not...

So I started about a year ago at 85lbs (I'm only 5 feet tall) I wasn't like super skinny or anything, I just have a very small frame. I pretty much lived in the squat rack so unlike most Asian girls I had an ass LOL. I was able to squat double bodyweight when I was natural.

My first cycle was 5mg of oral winny a day for 6 weeks. Got 5lbs and lots of nasty zits on my face. 6 months or so later I did my first cycle of Anavar, my face got a little oily but nothing so bad as the winny. I went from 5mg a day to 10mg and then back down over a 8 weeks cycle. Put on 10 nice solid pounds. Took a few months off and did it again, that gave me another 5 pounds and brought me up to 105lbs.

I'm not too keen on a lot of upper body muscle. I know a lot of girls like the ripped delts and stuff but that's not really my thing. Also with the type of modeling I do a lot of men unfortunately find muscle threatening. So I always stay away from any direct upper body work. Mostly lunges, Romanian deadlifts, squats and cleans (because I'm short I spend a lot of time on heels, I find the cleans help strengthen the lower back without adding a lot of bulk.) These sort of big free weight movements give you some upper body muscle but it's not really big and obvious. Just a dense hard layer underneath your bodyfat. So you keep your curves without a lot of obvious muscle sticking through. Not for everyone of course but it's the look I like for me.

After a cycle though I tend to find I sometimes get a little blocky. Not bad, but a little thick in spots. I'm a big fan of Ashtanga yoga. All yoga is very catabolic. Some more then others. Ashtanga is very strength and movement oriented so it breaks down some muscle but the remaining is very dense and hard. I find the combo of heavy freeweight movements and yoga has worked very well for me.

Okay, just thought I'd relay my own experience in case anyone else had similar goals. I'd post a pic but all I have are nudes:-(

I would love to see your physique! Not everyone wants to have a fitness or bbing look and that is fine.

Welcome and thanx for sharing your experience with us. I'm sure that many will find it helpful. :)

Thanks BikiniMom! I sent you an email so you can okay the pics before I post them. I don't want to offend...

Thanks so much for sharing your experiences! Your pics are beautiful (I like doing backbends but in heels??? lordy)

You can see all that leg work you do - your calves are very thick. Any plans to do another cycle?

Well done is better than well said.

Thanks Sky, sweet of you to say:-) No plans to do a cycle anytime soon. I'd like to get a little leaner first, maybe lose 5lbs or so.

If they bother anyone just take them down. Won't bother me, I'm not shy but I'm also not easily offended.

Yea...WHAT IG SAID - NICE!

I'll let Lobo decide about the "editing", hehe. I don't want to be the bad guy, especially when you have such a beautiful physique! ;)

Hi Kiko..welcome.
You posted that yoga is catabolic...
How come???
Please,please explain.
Thank you :-)

Huh. Well I just tried to dig up my source on the "Yoga is catabolic" statement and now I can't find it. Shows what I know:-)

I remember reading it somewhere (not that just reading it makes it any more of an accurate statement) but it is also very much backed up by my own experience. High level yoga practitioners tend to be very lean, even those that heavily weight train. Particularly in the hamstrings and quads. I lose maybe 10% of all my lifts when I am training yoga hard as opposed to when I have doing just running and weights. I also tend to shed a lot of muscle then. It's still my favorite form of exercise, but I really do feel it breaks down a lot of muscle. Sorry, that's the best I can do:-)

I don't mind if you want to take it down but I'm not sure why it's such a problem? It seems a little silly for a venue based around illegal drug use to have a problem with nudity. That's like shooting the guy down at the Quickie-Mart but being arrested for littering with the shell casings. The worst danger is some guy might get surprised by this thread and break a needle off in his ass LOL.

Those pictures are reasonably tasteful nudity, after all we've all been in the locker room at the gym. No women on this board should any stranger to seeing another women naked. Are we just afraid of some of the male members seeing it? Well whoop-tee-do, it will give them a reason to work out and burn off those fat guts.

Seems silly to workout so hard and then be ashamed of your body but I'm the new girl and I don't want to offend anyone. I'll accept your best judgement where the images are concerned.

I am not the least bit offended. I think your pics are tasteful and lovely. I think they should stay.

I am so darned IMPRESSED with EVERY woman who works very hard to make her body look good!

I was convinced by a friend of mine last year (it didn't take that much convincing, since I had always been curious) to go visit a strip club. I had always had "issues" regarding men and strippers, nude models, etc. Probably because I was so jealous. At any rate, I was astounded during my experience.

1) I found the dancers mesmerising and beautiful.

2) I discovered that I was not threatened - these were women, not some super-special and never-achievable extra-human species. A couple of the dancers came over and talked to us. We told them we were there for motivation - one said she had been featured in a couple of magazine photo-shoots, and any time we got frustrated with dieting, etc, come talk to her for encouragement 'cause she'd been through it, etc.

We are all so similar. And we all work so hard. I think one of the inspiring things about this board is the honesty and openness (not to mention encouragement) going on here. It's a beautiful thing!

Oh. Well. That post from Lobo came while I was typing. I can see his point. 17 thousand guys is probably enough to warrant some need for protection here. -Fennec

Welcome Kiko, and thank you for posting your pictures. Very nice work. I don't see why anyone would be offended by them. You gave us all fair warning :)! Just because a picture is nude, doesn't necessarily mean it's in bad taste.

This is a BODYbuilding board, for goodness sake! We're all students of the human physique, so it is possible to appreciate the hard work that's gone into someone's body without looking at in a sexual context.

I think Americans tend to have the most problem with this sort of thing, but that's a topic for a whole 'nother discussion that I'd rather not go into. (Yes, I'm an American, but a somewhat enlightened one.)

well hello kiko! beautiful pics. I love them. I love the back shot. all your hard work shows! what a way to sart of my morning! keep up the good work.

Lovely kiko. I also want to thank you for sharing your cycle experiences with us, and your beautiful photos. But I am curious also about the yoga. I would expect ashtanga to be catabolic because it is very aerobic AND strength oriented. But most westerners are more into the hatha style and maybe a few ayengas. I wouldn't expect these styles of yoga to be as catabolic. What do you think/what are your experiences. Also, folks who are into the yoga lifestyle tend to eat exactly the opposite of what an average bodybuilder would eat, and I have always thought that this, more than the yoga activity, was the main reason for their lack of muscularity. Any ideas, comments, advice or experiences?

Welcome to the board anyway, and I hope you stay around a while and contribute more.

I hadn't thought of that, diet probably does play a role as well. Still all forms of yoga are primarily an endurance exercise and we all know what the physiques of endurance athletes look like:-) I think because there is such a heavy strength component to Ashtanga it is probably less catabolic then Hatha which is almost entirely static stretching. A lot of Ashtaga comes from traditional Hindu wrestling drills. The strength movements in Ashtaga are usually rotated repeatedly so it's basically a one rep and lots of sets routine. Ashtaga yoga people tend to have more (if not much) muscle. I don't do the yoga diet thing at all. I find Hatha also very hard on my joints and body.

Thanks for the sweet compliments guys, I know you probably all look MUCH better but I appreciate the encouragement:-)

I am a man who frequents this board because I find it informative, business-like, as well as extremely friendly and supportive. I for one can look at a photograph of a superlative without saying anything crass. Kiko, you look spectacular, especially your calves! I agree with everybody else in this regard.
If it's not too personal, I was wondering what prompted you into doing a cycle? I know that most in this venue have discussed it with others and have thought about doing it themselves and just was curious how you came to that decision? I just thought this might help other women (and men) since we all have different goals and aspirations in regards to fitness.
Again, great work!

Oh a while back I danced (stripped). I've since retired. The kind of club I danced at was a very high end, gowns and no touching type place. Lots of playmates and models and such. I'd say about half were on something. Most common was ECA or Clen, some T3 with the rest on primo or winny.

It's different then being a model, you can't just take a water pill and get a tan before a shoot. You have to look perfect each and every night, competition is fierce. Every girl in the place is a 10, with average earnings a night around a grand and with strict no touching rules you got a lot of extremely good looking girls who would otherwise never think of dancing. I'm far from a ten but I'm Asian and it's hard to get Asian dancers so I got by okay.

Still, in such a competitive environment what kind of shape you're in can make a huge difference in you earnings. A little flab on your butt could cost you $400 a night in lost income. So there is a powerfull incentive to stay in shape.

I was pretty religous about working out, 5 or 6 days a week, ate really clean. I got pretty good results but I wanted more. Also in order to keep the weight off I had to pretty much not eat, that's just not healthy. Now that I have some more lean muscle on me my diet is MUCH better because it just sits there and burns off the excess most of the time. Before even with good diet and excercise by the time I got my hips slim my hair and nails would be getting brittle- not a good sign. I feel that over all the very limited use of the Avavar has if anything made me more healthy then I was.

Does anyone know if thats the type of yoga that Madonna does? Remember way back when she used to be chubby and then all of a sudden she leaned out and looked pretty hard? I thought maybe she discovered weights but read somewhere she started jogging and did lots of yoga.

In my opinion she discovered more then just Yoga. Those shoulders are not natural.

I agree...I think she discovered more than just yoga.

Sorry to be showing my ignorance :P ... but what do Madonna's shoulders look like that leads you guys to believe they're not natural? I haven't seen any recent pics of her shoulders.

For me its just the total change in her appearance. She gained mass and got really really lean but said she just ran and did yoga. She looked to me like she was lifting a lot. And maybe she was and just didn't mention it. I don't follow stuff like that much. I mean I know you can make fabulous changes with diet and lifting and maybe she did! She just had for a while anyway that really hard sort of drawn look that you see in fitness chicks.

I know that she discovered more than yoga. When she lived down here she use to go to a local gym on South Beach. She had a personal trainer and would often train with Dennis Rodman too.

She got into yoga during her 1st pregnancy. She was already fit by that time.

Thanks guys- much appreciated. But out of courtesy to the other female members of the board I just removed the images so we can concentrate on more relevant subjects.

Very good! Keep it up,Your built just like my wife except 25 lbs lighter and she has the long black hair a foot 1/2 past her waist.

Shit! I missed the pics. That's what I get for slacking off on reading the board. HUMPH!

Would've been nice to see em.

Anyhow, welcome to the board. You seem very nice Kiko. Thanks for sharing your experiences with us.

Were the pics taken down? I was unable to see them. There are so many replies to this post that I'm curious to see the pictures.

I am new to body building also, could you send the pics to us girls personally by email? I am getting ready to start Clen.
Thanks

Hi,
Fascinating experience and I am sure all appreciated your refreshing openness.

Sorry that I missed the pics. Could you email to me please?

Thanks.

I have been weight training for over 8 yrs. I have been a personal trainer and aerobics instructor for 6 years. While my body is in excellent shape and I have a very clean diet, I always run into the same problem. When I get my lower body lean my upper body gets too scrawny. I was considering using to Clen. Can anyone tell me what to expect, and maybe where to start to find it?

okay, sorry, thought you guys might be psychic. I'm 130, 5'4" and solid muscle. I get a little soft in the winter because I eat a lot more carbs to try to put on more muscle but lean down every summer to about 15% BF. I did a body building show years ago and had to get down to 113 lbs. to get rid of every bit of fat in my butt. Was WAY too unhealthy. Now I get leaner but if I want to keep my upper body muscle, I can't get my legs and butt as lean as I would like. THis is why I was thinking of taking Clen. Any input would be great.
Thanks

crappy i missed your pics too.. i'm particularly interested since i bought the power yoga tape series by bryan kest after deciding madonna's look was great. i really like the yoga - i can't believe how incredibly tight my body is after seeing how limber the people are in the video! anyway, if you don't mind, could you email me your pics because i'd like to see how hard work and yoga look. :)

Did you have any side effects from the winny? How long until you started seeing results? I am new to this and just trying to get a general idea of what the road ahead consist of. I am thinking of doing Clenbuterol,Cytomel,Winstrol, and Anavar. Any help would be great!!!!

And to everyone else whats up, if you have any feedback please feel free!!!!
