My first cycle before and afters (PICS)

these are my before and afters after an 8 week cycle of prop at 300 mg ew and winstrol at 50mg ed for 3 weeks.....not bad

i know i have alot of work to do, but i plan on doing a cutting cycle after 4 weeks of PCT.....

b4 stats---5'10'' 192 lbs 18.7 % bf bench max--205 bench rep(x10)--160

after stats---- 5'10'' 211 lbs 18.2%bf bench max--290 bench rep(x10)---225

overall pretty happy with the results.....we'll see how i look after my cutting cycle and maybe another cycle when i drop my bf down to 11-12%.
 
ya i was gonna say the same thing about your bf, i would of ran the winny for 6 wks tho not just 3 wks, also what are you planing on running for your next cycle
 
thanks bros haha, well my 18% comes mainly from my midsection.....im holding alot of fat there.....seems like it wont come off.....i used to be real fat and they say the gut is the last place to go but after my cutter it shud slim down

i am actually not planning a next cycle yet greg....i plan on going natural after my cutter, i just wanted a boost with this first one....but im running derm sustain for 4 weeks while keeping my cals high with creatine.....and for my cutter im takin lipoflame....but who knows, if my bf drops nicely and i feel like runnin another cycle i will......why what would u suggest?
 
How old are you bro? You definitely made some improvements, but I'm thinking alot of those improvements could've been made with changes to your training routine and diet. Focus a little more on your chest now and you'll look more well-rounded.

i do heavy db presses for chest for the bulk
and refining exercises like incline 21's etc forcuts

i know ghost midsection needs work but i was more focused on adding more muscle before i cut

like i said i used to be really fat and out of shape, so i had to reverse being fat my whole life and then focus on building muscle....its been a 2 year journey and no plans to slow down anytime soon

Fantastic improvements bro. You went from having no arms whatsoever to having some nice sized guns! Definitely focus on your chest now and get your pecs up to par with the arms. Welcome to the dark side~

ps bro You should always DIET even when bulking IMO.
WATER is easy to lose FAT isnt.
For all you winter bulker guys, dont put on too much FAT!
 
hahaha perrys i was lookin to burn fat like you, but i realized dieting whilst on gear would be a waste...anyways thanks....

so do you think i should keep doing chest 2wice a week like when on cycle or cut it down to once a week to keep from over working and going catabolic??
 
what does your off cycle supplement and PCT look like?

no bro you always diet while on gear
dieting dosnt always necessarily mean getting SKINNY
it has to do with nutrient timing, clean caloric intake, bmr, etc..eating the right foods

im a carb cycling maniac .
 
bro of that is you at 18% in those pics you are going to be a monster at 11%... keep up the good work... and ghost you are right fat is not a good thing in the off season. I am not going past 12% in the off season anymore. Going up in weight on the scale does not mean its all muscle. BF must be tested every 2-3 weeks to make sure its the right kinda weight you are adding.
 
well, starting tomorrow im going to start my dermacrine sustain for 4 weeks.....i also have some a-dex on hand

im taking 1.5 scoops of cell mass after my workout to help keep gains

after the 4 weeks, im taking one week off from excercise and then cutting with lipoflame

ghost, you say your a carb cycling maniac.....how do u carb cycle?

i was thinking of doing a fruit cutting diet but i have gotten some bad feedback on that....

simple fact is, i cant cut without carbs.....can u give me a good cutting plan that doesnt require too much preparation due to my schedule???

I agree you made great strides good improvement thicker fuller muscles im sure you feel better too. So I would say that was a success but the bad news is that you have gyno. how do I know because I had the same exact gyno. I elected to have the surgery since my insurance paid for it. Until I got it fixed my chest just wouldnt contour properly because the eye only sees the elongated nips, It makes a world of difference. Was this gyno there since puberty because your before pic showed the gyno as well. Im not busting your balls at all bro youve come a long way and im proud of you, but until that gyno is either chemically reduced or excised you will never be happy with your chest, and Im speaking from experience. Good job bro.

Hey bro one thing you will learn about this community is that we dont joke around about gyno, its everyones fear and to many its their reality. I wouldnt tell you its gyno for grins bro.I feel you gyno is not just steroid induced it can be many things, did you know that most babies are born with puffy nipples due to the high exposure of estrogen from their mothers, for most it subsides quickly but for some they learn to live with it like its normal and trust me I know. Im a fighter so imagine training with team of animals and your the only one with mantits it sucked, even when I got bigger and wanted to wear more form fitting shirts like the rash guard in my avatar my mantits looked rediculous. So I agree with ghost thats its your last option, a dex wont help at this stage in my opinion.
There are bros on here right now that are animals and have mild cases of gyno im sure they can chime in, many have already scheduled surgery to correct it. Im here to help bro if you need anything let me know because Ive been there and done that.

Etheopians have abs bro - who gives a shit about them. How much one can squat has way more relevance. A heavy squat comes from years of torture. Abs come from eating like a fitness model. Period.

Heavy lifting is for men. Glad you are doing the work.

BTW - there is no such thing as a Cutting Cycle. Calorie Restriction is the ONLY WAY to cut fat.

And if I were runnig a cylce where I was trying to preserve lean mass and drop BF I would be running 100mg/day of Tren and 3-6 IU's of GH.

Winny is a waste of time @ 18% BF. Stay away from it. Waste of money and time - get some Tren

Try:
1-10 Test Prop 100mg/day
1-8 Tren Ace 50mg/day (plenty for a first run)
 
fuck yeah man abs might look good on the beach but i guarantee that strong guy with no abs at all would drown his ass if need be...

I am stronger than most % of the PL's in my gym
and Look 100x better, my best friend is a power lifter
He gets self conscious and critical when i mention my Abs
or Ab training, you know what I strive to be 100% symmetrical
Fuck i train my hip flexors, inner abductors, obliques, calves, Glutes, neck, EVERYTHING

becuase one looks like a fucking fool with a barrel chest and funky legs

do you want to know where a lot of my Ab formation comes from?
exercises 99% of powerlifters couldnt Do easily IE commandos, compound core exercises not just DL Squat BENCH PCLEAN BASICS , weighted hanging leg lifts decline russian twists ETC i train with a few PLs man

a big part of my Abs comes from squatting heavy till parallel and squezing my abdominals, once dudes drop mega bf they are amazed at what they look like
 
Squats are king. Legs can never be too big....Upper body can get out of proportion but have you ever heard "He look better if his legs weren't so big" ?

there is a BIG difference in size good stuff, just out of curiosity what was your diet like, and how were the pumps from test prop
 
well going in to the cycle i wanted to bulk, so i honestly ate ALOT....

roughly around 4000 cals a day i would say, sometimes a little less sometimes a little more.....

i tried eating as clean as i could but honestly alot of the food i ate wasnt clean.....i still made some good gains......no counting carbs.....made sure my protein was high.....pretty much just ate everything in sight

the pumps were pretty sick but i didnt really notice too much strength or size until the 3 week point in my cycle......i know its weird because of the short ester, but i just didnt feel it instantly

You took prop and winny and still gained weight?? Um, wtf. What the hell is your diet. You DO know you took too cutting drugs, right... ??

Your gyno looks progesterone induced, which would explain you having it before you started your cycle. This is typical of the fatty tissue around the outside of the nipple.
 
I'm curious if you read much on this or other sites prior to your cycle? If so, why would you have started taking anabolic androgenic steroids at the age of 20? You do know that your body hasn't stopped growing naturally yet, and your test levels are probably as high as they ever will be naturally?

It's too late now, since you already completed it, but I would have liked to have seen you wait at least 4 or 5 more years.

Agreed, nice results there my man, but serious diet and training focus would have accomplished the same. Good luck on your future training bro.
