My first cycle advice/help

Hi everyone.

Been doing the research for my first cycle and decided on helladrol. I am 24, 178 lb, 5'10". Been training for 2 years. I have got my cycle planned out but my PCT is what I am worried about.

My cycle will be
helladrol cycle
6 weeks
Helladrol 75/75/75/100/100
N2Guard
Transaderm 5 pumps a day
Forma Stanzol 5 pumps start week 3-end of pct
Fish Oil
Taurine 3 grams

PCT
For this I have
Clomid
DAA

Could anyone recommend what does to do my pct and any additions that would help?

Just add in the old faithful protein factory Unleashed/Post Cycle combo pack and ur good. U could probably get by running the clomid at 25/25/12/12.

If you're only 178 @ 5'10 you need a better diet...

i agree with ez that you could build more of a base naturally...

if you are intent on running the cycle then it doesn't look too bad... i would add need2slin and creatine nitrate... dose clomid 25/25/25/25... add the unleashed/post cycle combo... the daa powerchews are excellent if you don't already have daa...
 
its Simple... if your eating 4k worth the food a day and your not gaining naturally.... You need to up your calories... 178 at 5'10' is not anything to brag about bro.... You need to hit the 190 mark before you should consider cycling.... if i was at 180, id be around 4-5% and you have 4 inches on my bro..... you need to be eating around 6-7k a day to gain weight.. dont be that guy that is only puffy when on cycle...... be huge all the time bro....
 
I have 3500-4000 a day. 6 meals, including two protein shakes. Oats for breakfast.

There is one of your problems. Eat 2 more real meals and the shakes. Oats for breakfast isnt enough, throw in a dozen eggs, 10 white and 2 whole. Hold off on the juice for a little while. In the mean time maybe run some unleashed or sarms.

Glad you decided to hold off for a bit bro. Good decision. Now as EZ said post up the diet bro. I gurantee your cal intake is off. I am 6'1" and I gain off of 4000 a day like craxy. I ahve done the 6000 thing like joeblow mentioned but I got tired of taking a crap every hour. Lol
 
Ye I definitely will wait. My diet is different every day. A usual is.
9 Oats and protein shake.
12 big chicken sandwich
3 protein shake
5 oats with milk
8 beef potatoes veg
11 protein shake
I am gaining weight at the moment, although at a very slow rate.
 
Too many shakes....in the 12 and 8 meals what's the quantity & how are they prepared?
