I'm going to make my first bulk cycle ( I've done 2 previous cutting cycles in the past - 1st - Test prop + oxandrolone , 2nd - Test prop , Tren Ace , Masteron ).
I've been working out seriously for 5 years now , 7 years at all but I dont count the first 2 because I didnt know nothing of what I was doing and been lifestyling for another 4 years ( diet , sleep , less alcool , and so on ) .
So , Currently I'm 180 pounds , 1,70 m and 10-12% b.f. and I'm thinking about doing something like this for my first cycle :
weeks 1-10 Testosterone ( blend ) - 500 mg /week
weeks 1-10 Boldenone - 400 mg /week
weeks 1-10 Nolvadex - 10 to 20 mg ed
weeks 11-14 Cut stack (*) - 75 mg eod .
weeks 11-14 Parlodel - 2.5 mg ed
*Cut stack = Tren Ace, Test Prop , Masteron at 50+50+50 mg/ml
Pct with clomiphene ( I think that's how it is writen in english ) : frontloading 300mg . days 2-10 100mg ed , days 11 to 20 - 50mg ed
Diet :
Weeks 1-10: Gradualy ramp up the calories . Majority of them from carbs and protein( about 1.5g per pound of bodyweight ) . 3 to 4 cheats a week .
Weeks 11 to 14 : 3g per pound of bodyweight , 50 to 100g carbs a day , about 35 g fat a day . 1 refeed eow or ew ( depends of my discipline and if I'm on exames at college at the time )
So can you give me an opinion on this cycle ? what would you change or add ?
