my finalized diet mr. x please help!

7:00 protein shake
1/2 cup cottage cheese

11:15-2 8 oz chicken or beef tenderloin or tuna with 1 tbsp. flaxseed oil and 1 cup red kidney beans

2:45-protein shake with 2 raw egg whites in shake

4:45-protein shake with 30g dextrose

6:30-2 8 oz chicken or beef tendrloin or tuna with 1 large salad

8:30-6 egg whites with 1 tbsp. flaxseed oil and 15g psyllium husk fiber..

i want to add something to either a side dish to either my 6:30 or 8:30 meal and add alittle something if i can to the 2:45 meal please help i start the diet tommrow tell me what u think mr.x thanks
my stats so u rememeber..200 14-16bf 5'8

can we switch the cottage cheese to 1/2 cup oatmeal...
that would be more beneficial

4:45-protein shake with 30g dextrose
post workout I assume

6:30-2 8 oz chicken or beef tendrloin or tuna with 1 large salad

8:30-6 egg whites with 1 tbsp. flaxseed oil and 15g psyllium husk
fiber..
add 1 whole egg to the mix...and 1 tbsp. of all natural peanut butter

Looks good....tell me what you think of the changes

Actually, I think that would prevent catabolism that happens at night (so you will decrease muscle loss). Plus, it will increase recovery rates after your workout. Basically maximizing your potential as an athlete.
