my final decision on first cycle

i decided i am gonan do a test cyp 500 mg/ek cycle for 8 weekd followed by clomid 3 weeks after last shot..i am 6`2 212 13.8%bf starting to lean out now time for some hard size like 10-15 lbs..how does it sound?

Your a big dude, if you are only doing test bump it to 600mg per week and go for 10 weeks,

You could add 400mg per week or EQ for not too much more $ and enhance your gains.

Also have some nolvadex or take nolvadex while on test.

Sounds like a good cycle to me. I would add in some D_bol for the first 4-5 weeks as a kick start but it is not nessesary. Start the Clomid 2 weeks after your last shot and like Solidspine said, make sure you have some Nolvadex on hand.

Well, since you are not after huge gains, it looks like a good choice for the first cycle. If you are looking for more quality gains and if you can afford it, add Oxandrolene or Primo to the last 4-5 weeks of your cycle. You'll love it.
