I've never felt this good. This week my workouts have been incredible. Weight is up a little bit, but the endurance is awesome.
My diet is very low carbs. I'll have one serving of grits for my first meal. Other than that I'll have broccoli with every meal. Following my workout I'll have 10oz. of orange juice, 1 cup of rice. And that's it for carbs.
My protein is about 250 grams per day, 1 1/2-2 gallons of water, 3 grams of ALA, 3 grams Vit C, 400mg cranberry extract with every meal.
Also taking Liquidex, .5mg EOD.
