I am about 5'5 190lbs 12-13%BF. I do not use steroids but this is what I plan on doing to cut up for summer. I need some suggestions on how it looks and what I should possibly do different. I will be eating about 200-250g of Protein per day, about 150g of Carbs per day, and about 40g of fat per day(EFA's). I will be taking in 1800mgs/day of ALA and cycling Clenbuterol 2 weeks on 2 weeks off for about three to four cycles like that. I will do this for 8-10 weeks depending on the results. My goals are to maintain as much muscle as I can as well as most of my strength. I lift on a four day split and will be doing zero cardio. What do you think my fat loss will be like trying something like this??? Also, do you guys think I will be shitting away a lot of muscle and strength??? Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.
