My fatloss program for summer please critique

I am about 5'5 190lbs 12-13%BF. I do not use steroids but this is what I plan on doing to cut up for summer. I need some suggestions on how it looks and what I should possibly do different. I will be eating about 200-250g of Protein per day, about 150g of Carbs per day, and about 40g of fat per day(EFA's). I will be taking in 1800mgs/day of ALA and cycling Clenbuterol 2 weeks on 2 weeks off for about three to four cycles like that. I will do this for 8-10 weeks depending on the results. My goals are to maintain as much muscle as I can as well as most of my strength. I lift on a four day split and will be doing zero cardio. What do you think my fat loss will be like trying something like this??? Also, do you guys think I will be shitting away a lot of muscle and strength??? Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.
 
well as far as the beta-adrenergics you would get better results rotating clen, eca and NYC every 2-3 weeks. Depending on your fat storage pattern (gynoid or android) the addition of arimidex and/or yohimbine/topical yohimbine would be very beneficial.
 
I store my fat mainly in the midsection over my abs. Not just lower abs but over my whole stomach. I dont know what kind of fat it is though. I have a little on the love handles but not much. I am lean everywhere else except on my inner thighs. I mean I can see veins in my shoulders and down my arms.

Dude your gonna do no cardio? It doesnt matter how much clen you take you still need to do cardio to get lean. As for the diet it seems pretty good. And by the way no matter what you do you are gonna have to sacrifice some strength to get leaner, unless you use some anabolics. Clen is not gonna cause a miracle.
 
YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO CARDIO TO GET LEAN. It all comes down to diet and muscle mass, not cardio. I would suggest upping the calories. According to your macronutrient portions you're only going to be taking in 1960 calories a day. That's far too little to preserve your muscle mass. I would suggest upping your protein to 2g per pound of bodyweight. You look like you're getting organized which is good. It takes a plan to execute one.

BeefyBull, Gynoid pattern fat storage is "female" in characteristic. It's generally caused by estrogen and A2 adrenergic receptor poulation/location. Hips, ass, thighs, tricep area and breast area are all prominent fat storatge sites for this. Android is male fat strage patterns which is usualy characterized by the notorious "beer belly".
 
Beezers, is it possible to have characteristics of both storage patterns? My pecs/triceps are lean, but I do have the abdominal storage in addition to having a fairly large ass & thighs....Hmm maybe all those damn squats. At 5'10", 245 I could squat 700 lbs on safe squat (padded bar/grips, not a machine - most of the D1 colleges are using this now)
 
Absolutely. And just because you have a big ass doesn't mean it's fat. I've got a squaters ass too, but the chicks dig it;) But yeh, most people have tendencies of both fat patterns esspecially now-a-days with all the environmental estrogens we are exposed to. A lot of it has to do with where your estrogen and A2 receptors are located.
 
Thanks Beezers, so I have the "Beer Belly" problem that you stated. I dont seem to have what you guys call the estrogen related fat because my triceps, chest are lean. My thighs have very little fat on the inner thigh but not enough for me to worry about lol. I also have very little on the love handles but it is noticable to me I guess. What is the best thing to use for the "beer belly", I know diet and all but what burns that type of fat better??? I know yohimburn works well on the estrogen type areas but thats where Im lean lol. I am actually very lean on my arms, pretty lean on the chest and legs. All of my fat storage is on my damn stomach. I bet if I kept the same amount of fat on all areas of my body BUT lost all the fat on my stomach I would be at about 6-8%BF no lie.
 
see if you can pick up some primobolan depot, 200-400mg/week will go a long way to keeping your muscle while causing no side effects at all
 
Serge there is nothing more that I would rather do as to pick up some primo, anavar, winstrol, clenbuterol, etc. But there are a few factors that hurt me in that area. Number one is I dont have a source and I am not going to ask for a source because I dont feel comfortable asking the mods, I trust them but feel bad about it. Also, I dont have much cash right now, starving college student lol working 30 hours per week at a part time job. Also, Im worried because I will have to take a lie detector test when I get out of school this semester for my job and the question will be asked rather or not I have taken steroids within the last 16 months. So Im trying to stay cool until I start work, hell they dont care after that. (Im a criminal justice major if that helps explain the polygraph).
 
Beer gut is usually related to an insulin problem. Watch those Carbs! Make sure they are top quality. Most of your carbs should come from oatmeal and Beans. Also, stay away from shakes as much as possible.

Finally, try some ALA before every meal.

Btw, I have the same type of fat storage, cut arms and delts and chest with a big old gut.
 
Im glad to hear that info ANDY!!! I am going to try and do like 300-600mgs of ALA before every meal if I can afford it. Im glad that I am not the only one who has this fucking horrible fat storage problem.

Bicho- the reason I keep the cardio out is because I am a powerlifter. Cardio and powerlifting are horrible together from all of my experiences and ask another powerlifter that nad he or she will tell you the same.

If you can't affrod it, it's not all that essential, just make sure your carb choices are sound. If you need help with some carb sources, just ask. One thing, absolutely no bread. Not even whole wheat. This is important, I use to eat whole wheat bread on diet and when I cut it out, wow what a difference.

You and I have the exact same build and height let me know how this works for you, I have been thinking about a test DNP cycle,
then whinny and fina,

just very short on time right now.
 
if your diet is down , and I mean down

there is no reason why you can not succeed.

also when you take the clen

it will inflate your meatabolism, and thus help you burn more fat..so just keep your diet down
 
Honestly, I know how to diet decently but it is getting better. As far as diet I know what I need to do but Im just not there yet lol. I am gradually trying to make the changes so its not such a shock to me. But within the next week I should be full on as far as my cutting diet goes. I am definetly going to invest in the ALA to help with the carb and also just in case I get a huge urge to eat more than I should one day lol. Thanks for all the info guys.
