My fat loss cycle...

Supplements:

Dnp
Bromocripton
Yohimburn
Meridia

I have everything ready to go except for the Meridia which should be here sometime next week (hopefully).

Right now I'm eating 200 cals under maintance with 2.5mg of Bromo/day but I binged out last night and I'm getting very impatient waiting for the Meridia so I decided to just start out with what I got.

This is how I plan to run it, please critique...

Week 1 - Dnp 600mg/day (powder) at maintance cals
Week 2 - Bromocripton+ Meridia 500 cals under maintance with Yohimburn.
Week 3 - 4 - Same as week 2

For week one should I use Bromocripton and Yohimburn or wait until that week is over?
 
I won't beable to workout throughout this cycle due to breaking my wrist so I expect to lose a fair ammount of muscle. I'm not to worried about it, I just want to get shredded.

13-14% BF right now
 
600mg of powdered DNP is fine unless you're small. It isn't comfortable leaving the house beyond 400mg/day, imo. I spent all of my time sitting in front of a fan.

The DNP shouldn't cost you any muscle but the rest may.

I've done a few Dnp cycles so I know what I can handle. 600mg/day is tolerable, plus I will most likely be sitting on my ass all week with my broken wrist so I'm not to worried about sweating.

Not trying to flame but why are you going to run a cycle if you won't be able to train? Just wondering, I know you just want to loose weight but I am lost. Can someone anwser this

Let me ask you this... What would you do if you broke your wrist

1) Get fat and lose muscle anyways.

or

2) Use your time off to get ripped and go back to bulking when fully recovered.
 
option 2 is what i'm doing right now. I have a shoulder injury and haven't worked out normally in 2 months. I keep hitting DNP cycles and dieting cause it's the only thing i can do (besides legs which i do twice a week).
 
I tried training on DNP once, my muscles for sore for almost a week vs the usually 1-2 days. I don't know for sure, but I would think dnp would severely impair the recovery of your broken wrist. If you’re eating under maintenance, I would think this would also slow the recovery.

If I had a broken bone, I would eat a bit over maintenance just to speed up recovery and prevent muscle loss.
 
Bro,

If you have done dnp before and have a current bf of 13%-14% it indicates to me that you eat poorly. Instead of worrying about which chemicals to take why not spend some time tyring to establish a routine of eating clean.

After getting your nutrition in order and losing most of the excess weight you could run some compounds to help you get really shredded.

Just an idea.
