cause I'm low carbin it (and because I'm a big pussy) figure its a good idea to be backing off from the low reps for legs for a few months. I'm doing a kind of HST / supersquat hybrid while im on the diet.

Kinda half assed the workout. I partied with some old college buds last night so I was majorly hungover & dehydrated (last binge for a while) "E" for focus.

squat 315 x 17. Totally fuckin died on these, I figured I'd get an easy 20 but I just dont have the endurance.

Bench 225 6x6 CFT one min rest between sets. pumpalicious and my shoulder didnt complain like it does with 275

Pullups ditto (some assistance on the last couple of sets I just couldnt pull my bw up anymore)

StiffLeg deads 315 x 13, 405 x 5
 
I know the feeling!! Always regret it when I drink!! After my 500lb dead I went to the pub (on the other side of the shopping center) and had 6 drinks. Only planned on having 2, but then someone from thegym always shows up and buys drinks haha I didnt eat that night!!! Youll get back!!!!
