Expand a bit on the "cold and fever", please. I'm learning from your experience.

I don't quite understand why this product has this side effect.

Seems that sust is very "smart" for being able to fill receptors, not produce
elevated temperature and conjestion.

well, it was slight fever. After much reasearch on the subject I read many times that this is due to your body adjusting to this new substance. It happens with other substances not just sust, mostly test related. Had feellings of cold not really coughing or anything like that, not congested either. Just felt like the begging of a fever. Some call this the "test flu". Took over the counter meds and got over it in about 2 days. I believe (and all the reading I've done confirms) that this is normal at the beggining of the cycle only.
