I got an ectomorph friend like all ectos is trying to add mass. I got him drinking an dextrose shake after every workout. He has asked me if drinking dextrose through out the day instead of the more common maltodextrin mix would benefit him. I never really thought about how much glycogen an ecto would burn during the day (I guess because I'm more an meso-endo mix). Or if they even tap into their glycogen at a rested state. Does anyone know?
