my dream last night.

about this girl I was with before my ex.

So now I've been thinking about her and wondering if I should give her a call.

I haven't talked to her in over 3 years. She lives in the same town as me and I saw her at a party over the summer, but didn't stay long enough to see how she was doing.

We didn't end on that bad of terms but just sort of went our own ways.

Now I want to give her a call and see if she wants to come out with me sometime, but I don't want to call and have her just tell me she has a boyfriend or something. I might get in touch with one of her brothers and see what her story is.

Anyone else ever have a dream about some girl you haven't seen in a long time, and then start thinking you want to see them again?

YES! I myself would not bother and would advise friends to do the same.... It is best to move forward and not back....

If she was an ex that didn't work out I wouldn't be thinking of calling her.

We just hung out and hooked up with each other basically. It ended when we both got into serious relationships.

So persuing her wouldn't exactly be moving backwards. It could possible be a move forward from where we were then.

I'm thinking of just getting in touch with her and just tell her "I thought about her and wanted to just see how she was doing".

Who knows though....I'll let ya know what I decide to do

What do you think about the dream part though? Thats what brought this questioning all about. I figured it has to mean something if I had a dream of her out of nowhere.

As far as the dream- maybe she just symbolizes a time in your life when you were really happy- though most likely, you were fond of her, most of the happiness had to do with other stuff and just got associated with her...

In your subconscious she most likely symbolizes a lot of other good things going on at that time that you were happy about..
