I have been on a DNP cycle and ended it one week ago. Time for the presentation of results.
DNP: powder, 200 mg per cap., dosage 400 mg ED taken just after working out and in the evening only in order to limit sweating at work. Duration: 10 days.
Day 0: 94.3 kg, bf 10%, waist size 32
Day 10: 90.2 kg, bf 7%, waist size 29
Day 17 (one week after last DNP cap.): 90.0 kg, bf 7%, waist size 29
Ancilliaries: glycerol, vit. B, E, C, T3 25 mcg, clen 80 mcg, yoh. 8 mg, winny oral 25 mg ED, tren 350 mg EW, test 250 mg EW, water 8 liters per day (4 liters ice water), dostinex 0.5 mg E3D, ALA.
Diet: carbs 200 gr, fats 70 gr, prots 350 gr., about 500 kcals below maintenance. LIMITED amount of fructose containing food.
I was fortunate that the weather became bad and cold. I could limit sweating during the day at work by sitting at an open window with a fan and drinking ice water. At night I would sleep only under a thin sheet in the draft from open windows with a fan (temp. was 3-9 degrees C), no wet bed in the morning.
I didnt have food cravings at all, probably due to the dostinex. I kept my diet very clean and didn't cheat one bit. I worked out 3 times per week, and felt like my muscles would tear, so I used lighter weights. Strength dropped about 10-20%. The gear didn't help at all for keeping strength, but my muscles stayed well in size. I felt very lethargic, and slept very well during the night.
After day 10: same diet, strength came back starting from day 13, and going fast to the level before using DNP. I lost some water in my face, and my muscles are fuller with glycogen.
I am very pleased with the results, and found it a very safe cutting cycle, when you take care about your increase in sweating and body temperature. Boy, I didn't have size 29 since high school. Veins popped out all over the place, including on my six-pack.
