For months on end i struggled with sticking with a diet 500cals below maintenance.i tried different plans and strategies etc...yet id end up faling apart after a week.i tried everythin 2 fight the cravings off to no avail.Then i decided to spice u abit with some daily treats.Ive been doin this diet for 3 months and everyday feels like a binge day....yet im losing 2lbs a week!!kept my gains.not been hungry once.Im doin cardio in 3 short high intensity session every day with weight trainning 3 on 1 off.im taking in 9 litres of water daily with a few supps....anywho heres my plan

8am-cardio high intesity 20mins

10am-meal1 100g chicken breast
1130-meal2 100g chicken breast
2pm -meal 3 tin tuna/half scoop pb

2.45 cardio high intensity 20mins

3.30 meal4 9 egg whites
5 meal5 100g steak,2 slice brown bread,half scoop pb

6 weight training

645 meal6 half tin fruit cocktail,whey shake,2slice brown
bread with half tin tuna with relish

6.50 cardio high intensity 15 mins followed up with
a banana


815 meal 7 100g chicken breast
945 meal8 tin of tuna

total intake protein- 200 carb-120 fat-60 (2000cals)
currently - 180lbs
on non work out days i cut out the carbs totally and up protein intake slightly to keep my body guessing.i feel its important psychologically 2 b able 2 feed every 90 mins.
lost 25lbs with this diet.im gonna introduce ALA and glutamine for the final stretch for security.ive got bout 14 lbs to go!!also i might buy green tea and xenadrine.im thinkin of havin a carb up.i dont feel i need it though??anywho this diet is the shit!!!!!
 
3 on 1 off? wow thats alot... I'm dieting and can only train 2-3 days a week max and am sore all week... Sounds like you might over train or dont work hard enough when you actually go to the gym
 
very interesting diet plan and training. and im assuming your natural so extra prop's for that bro

you got some serious discipline to do that kind of training regimen.

i thought about trying something similiar. but im gonna wait till super tuesday and get some L carnitine. if i were to train like this you should definitly add in aceytl L carnitine(i think thats how its spelled). and take in your efa's

cheers 4 the replies.i work out my biceps wi wrist combo and apart from that day 1 body part a workout.i seem to maintain the strengh by keepin the sets low.all natural bro!!
