Iam 22 5'10 and weigh 70kg
Meal 1
4 eggs
4 pieces of toast with penut butter
Meal 2
Protein shake (2 egg whites)
Tub of yoghurt
Meal 3
2 Chicken, cheese and salad sandwhich
Meal 4
Can of tuna
Meal 5
Tub of yoghurt
Workout
Post workout
protein shake (2 egg whites)
Banana
DinnChicken of somesort, pasta or potata
Last Meal
Protein shake (2 egg whites)
Yoghurt.
Does this sound like enough food for a 70kg person?
Also, what are the best foods to eat which are high in calories?
