my diet

HAy guys, I want any comments on my diet. Iam trying to bulk.
Iam 22 5'10 and weigh 70kg

Meal 1
4 eggs
4 pieces of toast with penut butter

Meal 2
Protein shake (2 egg whites)
Tub of yoghurt

Meal 3
2 Chicken, cheese and salad sandwhich

Meal 4
Can of tuna

Meal 5
Tub of yoghurt

Workout

Post workout
protein shake (2 egg whites)
Banana

DinnChicken of somesort, pasta or potata

Last Meal
Protein shake (2 egg whites)
Yoghurt.

Does this sound like enough food for a 70kg person?

Also, what are the best foods to eat which are high in calories?

The first thing you should do is a little research and figure out how many calories, grams of carbs, grams of fat, grams of protein, and grams of fiber all of that is.

I will say right off that it looks particularly low in fiber, which will help you digest all of those high protein meals.

I'd ditch the banana in your post-workout meal and get some dextrose or maltodextrin to put in that shake.
 
that diet is not too bad. i think the cals look enough

but you need to work out the calorie content and protein grams and take it from there...making adjustments as you see your body respond.

good to see that you are getting in protein at every meal.

got to ask. do you not like milk? a glass or two with a few meals bumps up the calories nicely.

do as Natedog suggests and put in some dextrose or maltodextrin post workout. i prefer all liquid post workout followed up by some food an hour or two after the workout.

you do need some fiber as mentioned. wheres the greens/veg?

How big are these Tubs of yogurt?

1- Need more Protein, drop a piece of toast and add a whey shake.

4- Add Olive Oil

How many Calories are you getting?

Peanuts and Peanut Butter are calorie dense and good when bulking. You can drop a tbs or two into your shakes.

Dont be afraid to have a big steak now and then, I eat at least one everyday.

Your not getting much fiber and you could use some Veges in there, throw some broccoli and carrots in at dinner at least.

For breakfast, try a Huge Bowl of Oats with PB and Whey mixed in everyother day....
