I will be doing 30minutes of cardio 3x/week after my workout.
Here's what i will be eating:
Meal 1:
1 cup amazing egg
4 slices Extra lean turkey bacon
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 teaspoon natty PB
Meal 2:
6oz. Chicken breast
1 cup green beans
Meal 3:
6oz. chicken breast
1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 4

1 scoop ALL THE WHEY PROTEIN mixed w/water, 30g dextrose
Meal 5:
6oz. Chicken breast
1 cup broccoli
