my diet, please critique

6' 184 lbs. 30 years old

I'm more interested in gaining muscle than staying trim. I don't seem to have a problem staying skinny.

Here's a snapshot of my diet, taken from the last two days. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! I probably need someone besides my mom to tell me to eat my veggies :)

7:45 Shake: 2 scoops isopure, 1 bananna, ~2 oz. lowfat yougurt, 1/2 cup soy milk

12:00 3/8 lb. boarshead chickenbreast, 4 slices whole wheat bread

3:00 Detour protein bar

5:30 2 scoops Superpump 250 (creatine/NO)

7:30 PWO shake: 2 scoops isopure, 1 bananna, ~2 oz. icecream, 2oz. natural PB, 48g dextrose

10:00 1/4 serving spagetti sauce (made from 2 lbs. 7% ground beef and 1 can of Prego)

1 multi vitamin daily
 
Just saw in another post that my PWO shake is all wrong. other than getting rid of the dairy fat and sugar from that shake does anyone have any input? am i not getting enough carbs? do i need to buckle down and eat a decent portion of veggies or grains with at least 3 of my meals?
