Man. But I need to lose my last bit of fat, so here we go. Starting weight is 198 (I have a thin bone structure, plus I ain't all that big to begin with) so I'm aiming for 185 - 190. I'll try to post most of it under a new thread, but I want to name my diet something good. I'll probably lift 6 days a week, cardio and abs alternating days. It'll be low carb, low-mod fat and high protein. I did a diet last summer that dropped me supa qik, and I posted it on a different board. Once I find it I'll put it up. Basically, it's all protein based, kind of like NC's quick fix diet, but not as low on calories. Now, to go and Pump Iron.
