This pic which is in my avi was taken just a few days ago...
I just ordered some dermatherm and I amd going to run it and keep you guys updated weekly on my results
I will do this for 6 weeks and we will see how much more definition i can get in my abs in that time
I would guess im about 12 to 13% bf right now.
I think my diet is also important to know. Its the same diet i posted months ago.
meal 1 - muscle milk
meal 2- 2 eggs, 5 egg whites, steel cut oats
meal 3 - isopure
meal 4- 8 0z lean meat, black beans or sweet pot and veggies
meal 5- 6oz lean meat, steamed veggies
meal 6- post workout isopure
meal 7- 6oz lean meat and spinach salad
before bed pro55 shake
