my delt is red and hard

I have been shooting polysteron in my delt for 4 weeks now. The last shot is really killing me,the other shots hurt,but not like this. My delt is red (like normal) but the muscle is really hard and hurts to touch. I have been switching shoulders from week to week but this time its different. Help!!!!!

I did 1cc of ttokyo cyp in each delt 5 days ago. They are both still slightly red, quite hard, and sore. The first 3 days after the injections I could barely raise my arms. It felt like nothing I have ever felt before. This, along with the flu-like symptoms have made me decide to throw away a couple bottles of this shit.

You might have hit a little delt tie-in or something. I wouldn't worry about it. It will probably go away.
