Hello there Im 23 years olds trained for on and off for about 8 years.
Ive just started my dbol cyle on 30/11/2009 and know were on 20/12/2009
My dosage is 50 mg a day spread out
My pct invloves clomid/nolvadex
plus maybe tribulus and ZMA
My weight started out on 190 pounds and its gone up 217 pounds Im aiming for 224 pounds and I know I will have keepable gains of 20 pounds who ever says no I will.
First because Ive just started training again afte about a year because i was locked up and i stopped training.
Before I got locked in 2008 my stats were phenemonal it goes like this:
220 pounds
body fat 15.62
arms 19 inch-no joke
chest 51 inch
legs 31 inch
bench 405 pounds
squat 440 x 5 reps
shoulder press on smith machine 305 pounds x 8 reps
dumbell ,shoulder press 120 pounds x 8 reps
Im trying to get back to my shap as soon as.
Im doing a six week cycle on dbol and taking 4 week pct and Im going straight into a sus and deca and oxy for 4 weeks for kick start 12 week cycle with 5 week pct do I need to include hcg into my last 3 weeks of my cycel and 3 weeks before my pct of nolvadex/clomid is that ok.
Im thinking of taking 1500iu every six days. Is that amount fair and too much on my system its be my first on this whole cycle just worried about hcg usage find it kinda daunting,
hopefully I can start this cycle with a bodyweight of 215 pounds and end with 250 pounds body weight-35 pound increase which is acceptable because of my rapid increase of body mass taking into a/c of water-fat but mainly lean gains. My aim is to do couple of cycles and get to 270 pound frame and body fat off 8%. In between my mass cycles I will do my lean gain cycle which will include tren,winstrol and test enanthe.
But so far my cycles going good.
