Agreed. Fat cells - once you develop them - don't disappear. They atrophe, but they don't disappear. And no matter how strong you are you look like crap when it's that high.
 
maybe its just you have been out of training so long,I just did deads tue for the first time in 3 months and Im totally wrecked much like you,but I know Ill live.

unless you felt something go wrong Im sure your ok

btw... do your deadlifts first, not the rows.

i haven't been out of training , i train 5 days a week for the past year, i think i twisted when i was doing my last dead. I'm on the way to the Chiropractor now.
 
and how did this turn into a BF count i'm not a bodybuilder just a normal guy who wants to have a nice physique, also i am 20% but i have been bulking, and it doesn't look that bad on me i just don't have abs, but i will be taking care of that soon.
 
I just want to share my experience with all you guys. If you don't have abs and say to yourself "i'll do a cutter and have them" or some such thing, i just want to warn you that it basically won't happen. Why? well to put it bluntly it's not easy. Especially if you never really had them. I would suggest that unless you plan to be a strong man start acting like a bodybuilder and learn to make your body do things "looks wise" as opposed to just lifting "heavy". If abs were easyto get every guy in your gym would have them with a simple 8 week cutter, but they don't and the reason is that it's trickier then you think, so start learning now, trust me on it.
