My cycle

Age 25
Height 5'5"
Weight 132Lbs

Diet
1st meal 4 eggs and 2 toast
2nd meal 1 PBJ
3rd meal 1 steak steamed veg
4th meal 1 PBJ
5th meal chicken breast steamed veg mashed potatoes and turkey sandwich

Training
Doing a program with 20 sec continuous training and 10 second rest for 8 sets. For example dumbbell curls I would curl for 20 seconds continuously then take a 10 second break and that would be one set. (read it somewhere)

Test
Dianabol 25mg/ a day for 28 consecutive days
Sustanon 250:
250mg week 1 and 2
500mg weeks 3 through 10
250mg weeks 11 and 12
post cycle with nolvadex clomid and TRS (instead of HCG)
Taken sustanon approx 1 year ago but stopped abruptly due to situations with a roommate stealing problem. gained a good 4-6 lbs in 2 weeks at 250mg a week.

Not really asking a question just posting just to see any advice one might have.

Today is day two ive gotten a good pump in the gym and appetite is nice i seem to want to eat a lot so i just eat more PBJ's.

Ok now for an update. Things ive changed are
1. Workout - doing 4 sets 10 reps heavy weights. Making sure to work all muscle parts including the dreaded legs no one seems to want to work.
2. Added a little muscle milk to the diet but increased food intake drastically. Staying away from fast food and trying to stay away from all simple carbs. Eating a lot of beef (steak) and fish. Eat less vegetables and more carbs.


Weighed in at 136.7Lbs this morning. No gyno or anything. everything is going well as far as i can tell. Going to try to get some blood work but no insurance so im sure thats gonna cost. Any advice you may want to give is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You should have done this before using the steroids bro.
 
Hey man, I notice your name is realsmallguy. Well, don't feel too bad. When I started lifting again in 2001 I weighed just a couple lbs more than you do now (142 give or take) but stand 9" taller! Now that was skinny!

I love your open attitude about this. That's what real growth is: being able to learn and take good advice to heart, experiment and learn. All the best!
 
Small update..... Radar told me to use measurements instead of weight so here are some measurements taken today.

Neck 14.0
Shoulders 44.0
Chest 38.5
Biceps (flush) 12.5
Biceps (flex) 13.5
Waist 28.5

I stated that because the scale will lie to you, because it also weighs all the protein shakes and food consumed.It's ok to state your weight making a new post that way we have an idea what to work with



The best way to guage progress is to take pics and use a tape measure.
Just to clairify that to those who did not know this.
