Hello all, I am about to start my second cycle and would like a little feed back.

25yrs old
female
5'5"
140lbs
bodyfat is unknown guessing about 15%

I will be rotating clen and a thermogenic starting one month prior to my cycle and ending the clen/thermo a month after my cycle.

Primo- 50mg weeks 1&2
100mg weeks 3-8
Var- 5mg/day weeks 1&2
10mg/day weeks 3-8

I'm new to bodybuilding and any info is very welcome. Thanks, PJ :rainbow:

My cycle diet is something like this:

7:00am protien shake
8:30am 2eggs, 1/2 cup oatmeal w/splenda
12:00pm 1-2 cans tuna or 1-2 cans chicken with salad
4-5:00pm chicken breast w/steamed veggies
7:30-8:00pm workout
9-9:30pm protien shake

My goals are to lower my bf% as much as possible with putting my health at risk. I want to tone and put on some lean muscle.

not yet, hubby comes home in a week and we will get it then, and yes i plan on drinking lots of H2O

Also any advice one a weight routien?? My legs gain fast, and I over worked my abs last cycle, way to many situps. Cardio ist my favorite thing either. Any suggestions would be helpful.

As far as your diet, I would try to tighten up those 3.5-4 hour gaps you have in your eating schedule. Try to eat every 3 hours at the least. Optimal to eat a clean balanced meal every two hours if possible.

totally agree then your body is never really storing anything, no catabolism, krishna always throwin out he money advice

Any ideas on good leg workout that won't build to much muscle, but will get rid of the fat? My legs get big fast, but I seem to have problems losing fat in my legs, and hips. Is running the best thing for this??

First of what are the goals here? I am assuming that you are cutting right? If so definitaly 1/2 hour am cardio 5-6 days per week fallowed by a 20g pro shake, then in about 45min instead of the 2 eggs eat 6 egg whites and the oatmeal, try to get 150-200gcarbs on workout days and 300 g protein, on non workout days eat 50-85g carbs but always 300 protein. Cutt all carbs after weights or 3.5 hours before bed on non workout days. I wouldpersonally add another pm cardio session for another 30min all low intensity in fat burning zone. No simple sugars.... Cant think of anything else at the moment...

BORG, just my opinion as I've struggled with cutting many times, but this lady is only 140lbs. and would probably end up more at the 120lbs or so....You are suggesting above for he to take in 2000 calories not including any fat which is impossible to completely eliminate, usually each chicken breast has a few grams etc... I think that is way too high of caloric intake for her, remember she isn't trying to bulk up or even gain lots of lean muscle mass, her number one goal is to cut body fat and tone up----which will happen with a good diet, some good weight workouts and tons of cardio!!!!!!!

Again, just my opinion from experience, everything else you say is outstanding though.....(although morning and evening cardio gets very old, very quick......need mentality like a machine....TONS OF DISCIPLINE!!!!)

Good Luck

Ahh, exactly what I've been wanting her to hear. Thanks, bro. Even though I'm training her, I still like her to check out the boards for follow up advice, just like I do. She trusts me, and I've been training for a while, but its always good to follow up and get good solid advice like you get here at EF. B-)

Woah, bro, no offense intended. I just didn't feel the need to thank you twice. (My wife already thanked you). My comment about the good solid advice was aimed at ALL you good bros. giving help. Peace, B-)
