2010-2012 5x/week, Crossfit type circuit training
2012-2013 5-6x/week, 1 muscle group a day + 30mins cardio

2010 3wks Dbol @25mg daily with no PCT (it was a dumb idea)
2013 Currently I have a lab rat on GW501516 5mg ed (the rat is only 3 days in)

Gym Routine
I always begin with the most compound exercise and finish with the most Isloation.

Monday
Chest 4 exercises x 3 sets x 12 reps.
30 mins stairmaster, target 155BPM HR.

Tuesday
Legs 4 exercises x 4 sets x 12 reps OR 60mins stairmaster target 155BPM HR (alternating every week)

Wednesday
Back 4 exercises x 3 sets x 12 reps.
30 mins stairmaster, target 155BPM HR.

Thursday
Shoulders 5 exercises x 3 sets x 12 reps.
30 mins stairmaster, target 155BPM HR.

Friday
Forearms 3 exercises x 4 sets x 15 reps.
Weighted Abs 1 exercise x 4 sets x 15 reps OR 250 crunches (alternating every week).
45mins stairmaster, target 155BPM HR.

Satuday
Superset Bi's and Tri's
Biceps 4 exercises x 3 sets x 12 reps.
Triceps 3 exercises x 3 sets x 15 reps.
45mins stairmaster, target 155BPM HR.

Sunday
OFF, sometimes 3-4 games of basketball @ 30mins ea.


Cycle

1st pin on March 1st
Weeks 1-4 Dbol @25mg ed
Weeks 1-4 Himilaya Liver Care 3 caps daily
Weeks 1-10 Test E @500mg/week. 250mg Sundays, 250mg Wednesdays.
Weeks 1-16 12mg Aromasin eod.
Weeks 6-16 HCGenerate.
Weeks 9-13 5ml GW 501516 ed for my lab rat's cholesterol.
Weeks 13-16 Clomid 25/25/25/25


Goals

Eventually to do a competition at 190lbs <8% BF
This cycle 180lbs @12% (adding at least 15lbs LBM)

For the PCT you suggest...you may as well do no PCT at all. You will get the same effect. You need to learn what real pct is. Hint, its not nolva and clomid.


Letro is not a good idea. Its the harshest drug of its type. Run aromasin or even Adex. small dose E3D.

I can't use HCG, I have no place to keep it refrigerated where roommates won't see it.

And letro was chosen because I am extremely susceptible to Gyno, but I will get a different AI in case the sides are too bad.
 
Check out any of Dylan's posts for the right PCT....and if you're going to pin Sunday then pin Wednesday..

Wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too few calories even if you weren't on, you need to increase what you're eating BEFORE you cycle...

I also don't like that you're training 6 days in a row withouit a day off....2-3 on, day off, etc....

Letro is more for when you already have gyno, and you're trying to get rid of it. It will murder your estrogen, which is not what you want to do when trying to make gains.

Based on what you said, I would go with Aromasin 12.5mg EOD from the start, and bump to ED if necessary. It's a suicidal AI and stronger than Arimidex, which only suppresses estrogen.

You speak as though you have done aas....I consider that a cheat, weak way out...just saying.:):)

On the issue of working out 6 days in a row. First, every other week I'm doing cardio instead of a leg workout on Tuesdays. Second, Fridays is a very light day at the gym, just forearms/abs and cardio. So really, I feel like I'm working out 4 days one week and 5 days the next week, never doing more than 4 days in a row of heavy training. I've been on this routine since mid December and feel fine so I would expect that on Test I will suffer even less of a chance of overtraining.

Forearms? Seriously? Who the fuck trains forearms? Bro heavy pulling like deadlifts, rows ect will develope your forearms way more than what your doing. Do you even deadlift, squat, row ect...?

Yes...

Fuck that shit. Use it as a rest day. Your body grows when you rest. Thats your 2nd rest day for the week that you NEED.
 
I would cut the fiber brownie out of ur post workout and just add dextrose (if ur stomach can handle it) or waxy maize. It would prob be easier then having a baked potato too.
 
An update. Currently 185lbs @15% according to the 7 point caliper test at my gym. I bloated pretty bad on test E @ 500mg. My diet fell apart after midterms hit and I just focused on getting 300g of protein a day however I could (I'm taking 18 hours of neuroscience, and psychology right now when am I supposed to cook?). My stomach looks like it's leaning out but I'm not sure if my body fat is falling or I've just lost all my bloat. I relized that my diet is much easier to maintain if I'm only eating 2500 calories as opposed to 3500 +.



What ended up happening: 1st pin February 3rd. This Sunday is the beginning of week 14

Weeks 1-11 500mg Test E EW
Weeks 12-now 250mg Test E EW
Weeks 1-4 25mg Dbol ED
Weeks 8-now 100mg Tren A EOD
Weeks 1-now 12mg Aromasin EOD
Weeks 13-now 5mg GW1501516 (Yes I'm also taking a COX2 inhibitor)
Weeks 9-now .25mg prami



I was planning at stopping Test at week 12 and stopping the Tren in the middle of week 13, unfortunately I was sucker punched in the middle of week 12 and broke my right hand hitting the guy back. Can't PCT until I can lift again, so right now I got the Isolator to help with upper body and I'm thinking of continuing a low dose of test at 250mg/wk/Deca at 300mg/wk and hitting legs really hard for the next 5 weeks until my hand is healed then PCT with real HCG 500iu twice a week and Clomid 100/50/50/25/25.



I know I'm going to get flamed for
-Not sticking to diet on gear
-Running longer than 12 weeks first cycle
-Adding Tren to my first cycle
-For not figuring out that Test should be run at a lower dose than Tren for 3 weeks

It's been a messy ride but I learned my lesson and alot of knowledge. If I ever do another cycle will be Test Prop/Tren Ace/ Masteron for 8 weeks. Combining Test/19-nor/DHT based compounds with short cycling and short esters to fight myostatin seems to be the way to go.
