i am 24 6 foot tall. been training hard since i was 18.
well i thought i would post a little bit of my cycle experiences so far. this is my second cycle. it has been 2 years since my first.
her is what my current cycle looks like.
week 1-4 30mg dball daily
week1-10 500mg test e iran
week 5-8 100mg winstrol daily
week 9-10 oral trenbolone 30 mg daily.
week1-10 armidex .5 mg daily
started cycle on march 28 so its been almost a month. started at 183 lbs @ 10 percent bodyfat. my diet has been really good, i feel kinda stupid saying this but i am really proud of myself as i always stick to it. i always get in 7 meals a day and get about 350 g of protein a day. i really dont know how many carbs or fats i get as i have never figured it up, here is what i had today.
9:00-4 scrambled eggs with 1/4 c skim milk and 1/4 c shredded cheese.
1/2 c oatmeal with splenda
11:30-protein shake (2 scoops, 44g Protein)
1:00-PWO shake (2 scoops)
2:00-large chicken breast, 1/4 c oatmeal
4:00-3 turkey burgers with 1 cup sweat peas
6:00-large chicken breast, 2 cups brocolli
8:00-steak with protein shake (1 scoop)
10:00-protein shake plus 2 tbls ANPB
what do you guys think of this diet? i am trying to stay as lean as possible. should i up the fats and carbs. what im doing is working very well so i dont know if i should change it. when i got out of the shower tonight i was amazed at how different my body looked, it was like it just hit me or something. when i started this cycle i was 181 lbs, today i weighed 190.6 lbs, and i know i have lost some bodyfat because my abs have become much more visible. arms are up 3/4 inch chest is up 1 inch, and waist is down 1/2 inch. quads are up 1 inch also.my strenght is coming along very nicely also. the only side effects have been mild headaches i assume from the dball. they only occour on leg days i assume because that is my hardest workout day. i have gotten a few zits on my back but nothing to worry about. my testicles have shrunken a LOT but that doesnt really worry me. does this mean that my chance of gettingmy gf pregnant is lower now?
anyway i though i would share this with you guys i hope to get to 200lbs by the time this is over but whatever i get i will be happy with. sorry this is so long.
