Next cycle is going to be

500mg/weekly Test Cyp E or C
50-100mg/ed Drol

adex,nolva pct..should i add anything else?

im going to make my way over to reflex..a supplement store..should i get anything?
dont want creatine but something like gluatimine..or anything else that will help me out...

You should be using glutamine every day whether on cycle or not. I use 40 g a day, but i'm around 280 right now. 20-30 g is plenty for most people. Make sure you have a multi-vitamin, EFA's, and some liver protection.

Also, I'd get AIFM or aromasin. Arimidex is not one of my fav's.

my cycles before i have never used gluatimine!...shit gotta start now!!
 
It's the most abundant amino acid in dry muscle tissue, prevent's catabolism, improves immune system function, and it's insanely cheap. No reason not to use it. It's your bread and butter.

Also, I don't hear too many people mention this about glutamine, but I notice great pumps in the gym, especially when taking pre-workout. If i miss a dosing one day before my workout I'll notice a less intense pump.

You could also add some joint support supps like MSM, glucosamine, chondroitin. And of course, a good quality protein powder and/or meal replacement powder.
