just figured id keep track on here.. maybe get a few comments or suggestions from you fellas...

just finished week 2 of...

400mg tren ent 1-10
750mg sust 1-15
400mg eq 1-15
40mcg igf post workout 1-4, 8-12, 16-20
40 mg dbol only workout days.
also at around week 12 gonna throw in 75 mg winni ED

strength gains are great...first couple workouts i went about 50% of my max lift and just worked on my form, now im into my regular workouts.. i hit up one bodypart per day.. usually take sunday off and just relax.

only complaint i really have is, i feel like im not carrying this new weight too good...i shot up 12 lbs in the 2 weeks.. im sure its all water weight.. but it doesnt feel right if you get what im saying... i went for a walk with my gf tonight and i have pumps in my lower back like you wouldnt believe.. i had to go back home and lay down.. do you think adding in a low dose of clen would help?

as for my diet im gettin in 200-250g protein ED. Eating clean meals every 3 hours. im eating 3/4 to 1 lb of lean beef every night..that meal and breakfast are my huge meals.breakfast is 2 cups of eggs..( i buy the mixture from shoprite) and i mix in 2 whole eggs( the omega 6 eggs) 2 cups of oatmeal, piece of fruit.. 2 piece of whole wheat toast.. with some herbal peanut butter on it..
3 hours later i drink an Nlarge shake.. i get about 40g protein from it.. also eat a protein bar..throughout the day i also snack on almonds
3 hours later i eat 1/2 lb sliced turkey breast..1.2 lb of asparagus and cottage cheese
2 hours before the gym i drink another shake...
I come home from the gym..shoot my IGF1, wait about 20 minutes then eat some fruit so i dont go hypo...
Then my dinner consists of, like i said b4.. 3/4lb or 1 lb of lean beef if i can get it all down.. 1 cup brown rice, and usually a few stems of broccoli..

I feel like i did a pretty good job putting this all together.. but i feel like somethings missing...maybe some of you pros can help me out
 
thanks man, i really put alot of time and planning into this cycle and wanted to do it right... maybe its just my obsessive compulsiveness but i feel like i need to tweak it.. i feel too heavy

are you drinking enough water each day? you will drop some water weight once you drop the dbol. looks good. why do you think you need the igf? have you ran winny before? 50mg ED is enough.
 
Yea ive run wini before.. always run 50mg..the reason im running igf is because i know it builds new muscle cells..and from what i know this is the only compound that does that. I wanna take my body to a new level
 
Im not sure what you mean by "not carrying" the weight good. But Im assuming that maybe you feel like you look a little soft. If that is the case just throw some cardio in for 20 minutes a day after workouts maybe like 4 times a week.
 
that is exactly what i mean! i feel the strength.. i feel my body growing. but i think i look like crap. Way too bloated. This is my last week of dbol. Im sure ill feel better after i drop it
