So I finally got everything together and jumped into my first cycle after reading up on everything for a little over a year. I just finished my very first injection a few minutes ago and, being absolutely terrified of needles, must admit it wasn't that bad. I probably went a little too crazy on the sanitization of stuff but too much is better than too little.

My cycle is as follows:

Week 1 - 3 200mg deca, 200 mg test e (injecting 2/wk) - 50 g dbol
Week 4 - 8 200mg deca, 400 mg test e
week 8 - 12 200mg deca, 200 mg test e
(taking nolva on every injection day (twice/week) with extra on hand)
grace period of one week
then start pct

So, my first injection - like I said not too bad, although very intimidating at first. My ass is a little sore now but not too bad - similar to after a good squat set.

Stats as of this moment:
25 yrs old
workout out consistently for 4 years
219 lbs
6'3"
~15% bf

Here's hopin' for a good, safe and successful cycle.
 
Shot number two today. Decided to change my cycle and go with a flat cycle rather than my planned pyramid. So 200mg deca, 300 mg test twice per week. Started taking the dbols - haven't noticed anything yet except that I can tell I'm getting dehydrated. Drinking 4 - 5 litres of water per day in addition to whatever I normally have and added B6 and milk thistle.

The shot today is a little more painful than my first one - my left glute feels really tight but not too bad. In terms of gains, haven't noticed anything yet - looking forward to feeling it all kick in though.

Decided to cut down my cardio, pre-cycle I was doing about 30 - 45 mins of cardio five days a week, now I'm cutting it down to 3 days/wk. to add some extra size.

One thing I am noticing, related to the cycle or not, is that my hunger is increasing - I start to get hunger pangs every four hours like clock work. The other night I couldn't sleep until I had something to eat.
 
Third injection today - not too bad, but used a larger needle than normal to draw and it took a hell of a long time to get it out - never again will I make that mistake. My last shot, last Thursday, ended up being quite sore for a few days and there was a large knot around the area I injected so I kept working it over the weekend and now the area is fine. The injection today went alright, no real problems either - but I notice I get a very slight tingle when injecting; nothing painful though.

Taking the dbols everyday: 3 in in the morning, 3 mid day and two in the evening. Not really noticing anything other than I have to consume huge amounts of water. I'm consistenly drinking about 7 litres a day.

My weight has gone up by 8 pounds in 1 week. I attribute this to the dbol and water weight assoicated with it, although I don't look as puffy as I thought I would. I'm guessing that's still to come or maybe it's the nolva on injection days that's helping.

My strength has increased. I did back today and I jumped up in weight for every exercise. I'm sleeping really well, but not eating as much as I should. Will continue to work on this.
 
Fourth shot today. No major problems worth mentioning. Strength is definately going up. Bench is up 20 lbs, all my workouts seem a lot easier and I've increased the weight with all of them. Arm curls on EZ bar went up 15 lbs which shocked me b/c I had tried this weight a few weeks ago and could barely manage one - today I did 6.

Appetite is solid and trying to eat clean and often - a little difficult b/c the girlfriend and I tend to eat out a lot. I try to eat a can or two of tuna a day between meals for extra protein.

Weight stayed steady at 8 lbs over starting weight.
 
Weight is up to 238 as of a few minutes ago - which if I do a quick calculation is 19 lbs more than when I started a few short weeks ago - must be holding a lot of water. Strength up, starting to feel the pump when working out hard. Today I thought my shoulders were going to explode; I like that.

Going to stop the dbol on Friday. Probably a good thing b/c I've started getting a few side effects.

Eating like a madman, trying hard to get the protein down. Found a really good protein shake that actually tastes good.
 
Finished taking the dbols at the end of last week. Noticing some solid results to back and shoulders. Strength gains are solid. Some acne on the face and night sweats - nothing too bad tho. Thinking of pushing up my test to 600mg/wk rather than 500 but leaving the deca at 200mg/wk, any advice?
 
Thanks, I think I'll do just that. I actually just got my hand on some british dragon deca which is 250/ml so I'm going to be doing 500 deca/wk rather than the 400 (the 200 I mentioned was a typo b/c i'm taking 200 twice/wk).

Was also thinking about throwing in some EQ near the end of the cycle but still undecided.

Progress is solid. Enjoying my workouts immensely. Some solid gains. Going to try and take pictures along the way to show progress. I'll post when I'm not so lazy.
