My cycle - Critique please

My Cycle(Frontloading the Sust to get it 3rd week.)
Week 1 – Sust 750, Adex 1mg ED, 2.5mg Fem once a week
Week 2 – Sust 750, Adex 1mg ED, 2.5mg Fem twice a week
Week 3 – Sust 500, Adex 1mg ED, 2.5mg Fem twice a week
Week 4 – Sust 500, Adex 1mg ED, 2.5mg Fem twice a week
Week 5 – Sust 500, Adex 1mg ED, 2.5mg Fem twice a week
Week 6 – Sust 500, Adex 1mg ED, 2.5mg Fem twice a week, HCG 1500iu(3 times), Nolva 60mg ED
Week 7 – Sust 500, Adex 1mg ED, 2.5mg Fem twice a week
Week 8 – Sust 500, Adex 1mg ED, 2.5mg Fem twice a week

Nolvadex – 60 mg a day for 10 days
HCG – 1500 iu’s ED for 7 days

PCT(3 weeks after last Sust injection)(4 weeks total)
HCG - - 1 week @ 1000 iu(MWF)
Nolva – 60 mg a day for 1 week, 40 mg a day for 1 week, 20 mg a day for 2 weeks
Clomid – 50 mg ED for 4 weeks

Needles
18g for drawing
25g for injecting(I know they’re small, but I’m not rushed to put the shot in, I got plenty of time)

Protection
91% concentration alcohol
Pre-made alcohol prep pads


Please critique as you will. I’m willing to listen to all suggestions. I’m afraid of the Sust flu and want to know if it is common? Also, would it be a better option to go with Enan instead of sust? Let’s hear it.

Is this your first cycle? I would use enanthate instead of sustanton. IMO you are using too many anti e for 500 mg. This is what I would do. Do your 750 the first 2 weeks, then go to 500. DOnt use any anti e until pct starts. Instead of waiting 3 weeks to start pct wait 2 and continue the winny up until then.

Bro, you don't need that much ameridex or fem. .5 adex eod can usually control the Estrogen. Go to ED if needed. Just keep the Nolvadex handy in case of gyno.

My Dr. reccomend the above w/adex, and to use 250 - 500iu hcg twice a week through the entire cycle.

I will leave you question about Sus to the experts. However, I use cyp or enath. Most would recommend a single ester as your first cycle. And, IMHO you might want to wait to add winny on your next cycle. Keep you first very simple and safe. Use your diet to lean up

Ok, I'll drop the fem. I'm keeping the Adex pretty high(1mg EOD) as I don't want to get gyno(prone to it). I've got plenty of Nolva on hand right now and my real question was about the sust or enan or even cyp? Anyone chime in on this?

Take 500ius twice a week all the way through to prevent the atrophy. It is better to prevent the problem, then trying to fix it.

1500ius can cause an LH desesitization and can do more harm than good!

Drop the Fem., run A-Dex at .5mg ED or 1mg EOD.

Run your HCG mid cycle the same way you are running it in PCT. 1000iu's MWF mid-cycle.

Yeah, my fault, I mean to put 1500iu 3 times(MWF). I got the mid cycle idea from Jenetic, tis what he recommended.

Fem dropped. Adex at 1mg EOD. Using enan instead of sust. I just figured I was since I've had puffy nipples since puberty.

I'm doing the winny the two weeks after the last test injection to keep me anabolic right until PCT.

Looks good, don't worry about the puffy nips since puberty I have them too and was worried about gyno .5mg ED of adex on a heavy cycle and never needed the nolva.Good that you have all your ancillaries on hand hand first though

Aye, I've planned my PCT before my cycle was even thought of. I'd rather play smart than be dumb.

I wouldn't touch that cycle if it was free. I'm 240 and I don't go over 500mgs a week with test.
I also think a first cycle should be something more conservative. One compound, lesser quantities. Its your call though.
I put on 20lbs of lbm on my first cycle. I went from 200lbs to 220. My diet was spot on and so was my training. I only used 250mgs a wk for 10 wks of test ent.
*What are your stats btw? how old, how tall, how many lbs, bf% etc...
