Okay and now what should he do? change his cycle(and how he should) or post up his diet so we can help him?

At 154lbs and after two pretty serious looking cycles ur doing something wrong my friend.
What's ur diet plan look like? and what is ur training routine? It's probably gonna need some change... What did u weigh before u started juicing??
