My Cycle and Log...!

I see all these complicated posts on the board, about supps, nutrition, cycles etc.

Heres something simple for a change.
This is what my curent cycle and training looks like.

1.1g of Test Mix a week.
Multivitamin
Boatload of food. (taking no protein supps at this time due to lack of $, should add protein supps next month =100g extra protein a day...should make substantial impact)

Training= All the way to the max about 9-12 sets of (mostly)freeweights per bodypart. Whenever the body feels up for it and regenerated.

Current Goal ( next 1.5 month) = Continue Swapping fat for muscle.
Next goal ( start July end) = Increase LBM past previous reached limit. ( add400-500 mg deca/wk to cycle)
Subsequent goal= Start cutting very slowly after new year. ( Begin March)

Current stats= 21 yrs old, 270 lbs, 6'0

Pet Peeves....arms are 20.5" but looks small for rest of body.

Solution bulk till 300 lbs. Bring arms up to 22"(bloated) in order to have the no smaller than 20" or so cut. Also work on calves and nurse previosuly injured shoulder ( start taking MSM glucosamine when funds become available)

I will try to update this log as it becomes available...eventually with pics :)
 
Just out of curiousity, what is this "test mix" you're running at 1.1g/week? And no anti-e's? Guess you're like me, no gyno issues with test :) Otherwise, looks nice and simple, and you'll be much better off once you add the extra protein, I'd never grow without protein shakes! And damn, 6ft, 270, and only 21? Damn you're a big l'il kid! :D
 
Oh ya guys...i hear you about the protein...im SO SICK of eating over 6 cans of tuna per day...blah...
I make burgers out of them....taste better..but still its disgusting. Whats worst is having 2 cans of tuna with OJ after a workout. Makes me sick to even talk about it.

I have about 300g of protein/day now.....that will be bumped to 400-450with my good old Pro-Complex.

No bro no anti-e. I used to be an idiot when i started juicing. Took Liquidex at 1.5 mg /Day. Etc Femara etc. Big mistake.....screwed my cholesterol levels.....
I have a cholesterol history in my family.....so no anti-es for me. Looks like i dont need them. If i ever do.....ill just call up the Ancilary Guys guys..for some nolva.
I used to be woried about bloat etc. Now i dont pay attention to it, i simply dont eat much salt.

In the future i plan to run Nianacin, Garliq, Policasanol and (Omega Oils like i do curently. ) to bring the cholesterol down to where i can eat whole eggs again.


PS: Runing GTP T400...first and last time. ( PAINFULL AS HELL....due to the fact it crystalizes inside of you)

Now i mix it 1cc oil per 1cc juice.

I did 3cc in my quad...couldnt walk LITERALY for 2 days. ( sat home)
 
are u sure u didn't mean 31 years old.... daaaaaamn bro... now i feel small at 245 and im 22. when did u start using? looks good... work the corner for some quick cash for protein bro.
 
Damn, I totally missed that lol. I can survive, nay, PROSPER, in sub-zero weather, and I'm the god of my Penguin-kind... but I can't read for shit. In all seriousness, I do have rather severe myopia, maybe I should stop spending money on gear and spend it on lasic to fix my eyes? Nah, I'd rather be huge and lean and have to wear contacts/glasses than have 20/15 vision and be small! Good luck surviving the painful test blend, learn from your mistake and next time get a better brand that doesn't hurt!
 
Shit bro, i had no idea you were that big already!!!

GTP is a bitch for pain, I use that stuff and end up cripple for the first few weeks!!!!! :worried:
 
i feel for ya bro, on the protein thing.. you are stronger then me lol. i try to get most my protein from whole foods, but some days its just impossable, i would shrivle to nothing without my shakes and isopure ready mades...

;) Oj tuna..lmfao....eating 250-300 is ok from natural foods....but in order to go higher....some protein mix is needed. I should push up to 280-290 after adding the protein. Like i said right around that time i will also be adding 400 mg deca :)

if you are sick of tuna there are other lean protein sources that i like....dunno how much you have tried other lean sources .persnally i dont have too much tuna b/c of mercury....grilled chicken is another great source, tastes better and about the same amount of protein as tuna. also i like white turkey meat...another great lean protein
 
I have tried all the sources.lmfao..sick of them all.
12 egg whites in morning, farmers cheese, milk, cotaage cheese, fish, tuna, steak, chicken breast, turkey. All make me sick.

Tuna and Mercury...i have heard something. So Eating 6-8 cans of tuna/day can be not healthy? Why the hell isnt there any warning on the label then. Have i been poisoning msyelf. Lawsuit......

it's probably not a big deal but i heard mercury can accumulate by eating too much. i eat probably 4 cans per week

if you can afford it......it costs a little bit more but perdue chicken short cuts are excellent. very low fat, but they are nicely seasoned and precooked that give them a nice favor
 
My finances should be better within a month. So going to buy more variety of protein ..including steaks..mmm.

And also my long missing Pro-Complex shakes. ;)

Your right about the perdue strips their not bad!

Pro Complex is all I use too...it's the shiz
 
I havent had a scoop of Pro-C in over 5 months. Im all natural now [ food that is :) ]
Cant wait till i start munching down some good smooth chocolate shakes....should explode and let that guy in my avatar finally bring the bar up!
