my cycle and a cardio question

ok so my cycle is going to be like this
1-10 500mg primo
1-10 300 mg test prop
2-10 300 mg tren ace
1-12 50mg var ED
EDIT: also .5 adex ED
its going to be a cutting cycle of course but i really HATE tread mill and straimaster and elliptical and running all that bullshit...would 10 rounds of rope be good a day for my cardio? for those who dont know each round is 3 minutes rope 1 minute rest 3 minutes rope 1 minute rest etc
 
going to the gym...since i know people are going to ask what my PCT is ill post it when i get back...peace...oh yea and my cycle dont start till mid to late april
 
anything that gets your heart rate elevated and remains constant for an exteneded duration is going to be good cardio.

I do various types of cardio because I CANT STAND monotony. :Chef:
 
ever considerred swimming or rowing??

playing soccer or pick up games of bbal??

im sure usinga punch bag and going ont hat for rounds would be a good way to break up the skipping asuming you area boxer as boxers skip.

fuckin burns a few cal lol..boxing is good jumping rope is great but im 265 so i xant jump high plus im white lmao

update: today was day 1 of my personal training...might sound gay that i have a personal trainer but i just want to take my body to another level...well today was legs and shoulders...shoulder workout was hard as SHIT...started legs...was going fine then i felt sick so i went and puked...finished my workout and went to the chiropractor...now im back

lol i use to be able to im 6'3" but in high school and colledge i was 190..i could rip the rim down(not really) but 75 lbs later i seem to have lost a little air in there
